Applying typical double standards, progressives keen on denying widespread perversion in society are equally bent on signaling their virtue by supporting it and, when one Tennessee mayor partook in a lewd “all-ages” Christmas performance, voters were just as prepared to let her know how they felt about the “disgusting,” “woke garbage.”
The disturbing trend of marketing drag to children not only took hold throughout leftist culture but grew to prominence despite, much like Marxist ideologies critical race theory and queer theory, frequent and effusive denials from proponents.
Among those showing their support was Knoxville, Tennessee Mayor Indya Kincannon (D) who posted a selfie of her attendance at a performance of “A Drag Queen Christmas” Thursday.
Captioned with the hashtag, “knoxvilleforall,” the mayor wrote, “So glad to be at ‘A Drag Queen Christmas’ with so many merry Knoxville folks! It’s going to be a festive night!” and social media account Libs of TikTok drew attention to this with some images of the event and a warning, “GRAPHIC, Mayor of Knoxville, TN attended ‘Drag Queen Christmas’ which was open for ‘all-ages.’ The show is by a group on tour throughout the US. Their shows feature exposed b***holes, simulated sex acts, & oversized fake exposed breasts. Elected officials are promoting this.”

While progressives continued to defend the event, those concerned about the safety and well-being of children took to Twitter and the original Facebook post to slam the elected official for promoting what many consider to clearly be grooming the innocent.
“Y’all are beyond disgusting. Woke garbage,” one user wrote and another reacted, “There is something really sick about you mayor…Maybe it’s time for a recall!!??”

When one user responded derisively, “You act like all-ages means that parents are taking 10 year olds,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales, who has remained at the forefront of exposing the pervasiveness of these events, replied bluntly, “Literally yes.”

Kincannon’s continued proud support of the event Thursday came following reports from independent journalist Tayler Hansen on the “all ages” event that got him temporarily kicked off of Twitter. As previously covered, the journalist had joined Fox News host Tucker Carlson Monday who said, “So-called all-ages drag shows are popping up all over the country. Drag shows for kids. One was held the other day in Austin, Texas.”
“Yeah, in case you were wondering if they were targeting kids…they were literally targeting kids,” the host explained before airing a clip captured by Hansen.

When asked by Carlson why corporate media reporters have lied about the coverage of those exposing these events and claim children were not in attendance, Hansen replied, “I really think it’s all about the narrative game here. I’ve heard of something called ‘drag-phobia’ that’s been popping up pretty recently in my mentions. I don’t really know what that means, but if drag-phobia means I am against full-grown men dressed as women sexually dancing and committing lewd acts in front of minors intentionally, then you can consider me drag-phobic, to say the least.”
Meanwhile, Tennessee Theatre Executive Director Becky Hancock had attempted to lay cover for the lewd act by releasing a statement that the promotional materials for the event had been rephrased despite the end result remaining the same.
Hancock said, in part: “We also have received a small number of complaints about the show being advertised for ‘all ages.’ To clarify, an earlier version of the marketing copy provided by the promoter that is renting the theater for the event included that phrase, and we removed it. The approved description of the show is posted currently on the event calendar listing at TennesseeTheatre.com. The current description notes that ‘parental discretion is advised,’ which could be used for many types of content or subject matter.”
Kincannon had not replied directly to criticism but had released a statement in advance of her attendance at the event that read, “Part of what makes Knoxville a great place to live and raise a family is its cultural diversity — having many options to enjoy entertainment of your choosing. Variety and diversity are good. If something is not to your taste, don’t buy a ticket. Everyone should find the entertainment that gives them joy.”
Every single one of those parents allows bc their children to be there should be in prison.

How could anyone endorse this for children?

OMG! This is MA not PG stuff. Personally call out every single politician and parent that thinks this is ok for children – horrifying.
