Sunny Hostin takes her racism to an entirely new level, likens white suburban women to cockroaches

Sunny Hostin has cried foul over critics who have accused her of being a racist but her most repulsive comments about white people yet should forever remove any doubt as to the feelings of “The View” co-host about the only demographic that it is acceptable to dehumanize in modern American society.

On Thursday’s edition of the ABC daytime gabfest, Hostin likened suburban white women who would consider voting Republican to insects, specifically cockroaches, an appalling new low for a woman with a history of spewing hateful rhetoric about those whose skin color is different than her own.

President Joe Biden’s ongoing denigrating of what he derisively refers to as “MAGA Republicans” has only further contributed to the ugliness on the left and, combined with the possibility of a major setback and loss of one-party control in next week’s midterm elections, the mood has grown increasingly ugly on “The View” over the last few weeks.

During a segment in which the ladies at the table bemoaned the idea that their party’s centerpiece issue of abortion hasn’t swayed voters who are more concerned with real problems like gas and food prices and the worst inflation in four decades, Hostin lashed out with her vile remarks about white women who don’t vote Democrat.

 

“But what’s also surprising to me is the abortion issue. I read a poll just yesterday that white Republican suburban women are now going to vote Republican,” she said.

“Why?” Joy Behar asked incredulously.

“It’s almost like roaches voting for Raid. Right?” Hostin asked as some in the audience applauded her despicable comparison and conservative co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin mildly chastised her for being “insulting” to the white suburban women.

“They’re voting against their own self-interest! Do they want to leave it in Gilead? Do they want to be in The Handmaid’s Tale?” Hostin hysterically asked, referring to the paranoid Hulu series that has convinced Hillary Clinton dead-enders that they are one election away from the dystopian fantasy world depicted on the show, a fixation with unreality on the show to the extent that Whoopi Goldberg crammed her plus-sized body into one of the show’s distinctive red and white costumes for the Halloween episode.

Hostin’s sick comments drew strong criticism from Twitter users.

It’s probably too much to expect that ABC/Disney will do the right thing by suspending Hostin as her fellow racist Goldberg was earlier this year for trivializing the Holocaust, especially with the high-stakes midterm elections only days away, but one thing is for certain and that if it were a white conservative making a similar comment about women of color who vote Democrat, that person’s career would already be over.
