‘No mas’: Hard-hitting ad airs during World Series, blasts Biden in Spanish on illegal immigration

Baseball fans who tuned in to Friday’s game one of the World Series weren’t only treated to a thrilling come-from-behind victory by the Philadelphia Phillies over the Houston Astros but also a hard-hitting new ad blasting President Joe Biden over his failed policies, specifically on illegal immigration.

The 30-second spot airing only 11 days out from the most important midterm elections in the nation’s history appears to be targeted toward Latino voters with the narrator speaking in a Hispanic accent as he details the horror show that is Biden’s America and the potential for “nuclear Armageddon” and WW III as the regime pours billions of dollars worth of weaponry into Ukraine.

“How did we get here?” the ad which was paid for by the non-profit group Citizens for Sanity begins. “Low wages. High inflation. Record crime. Illegal immigration from places as far away as Pakistan.”

“Our cities are a mess,” the ad continues to images of conditions of squalor and homelessness in presumptively Democrat-controlled areas. “Public services are a nightmare.”

“But instead of helping us, Joe Biden has sent $66 billion to Ukraine. Weapons worth billions more. And now, Joe Biden says his fight in Ukraine could lead to nuclear Armageddon. World War III.”

“You know what I say? No mas,“ the ad concludes, the Spanish translation of “no more.”

In another World Series ad by Citizens for Sanity, the focus shifts slightly to the economic pain being inflicted on America by Biden’s catastrophic presidency, specifically gas and food prices and the worst inflation in four decades which polls are showing is the top issue with voters along with crime.

Citizens for Sanity also ran ads in certain markets during the Major League Baseball playoffs that hammered Biden on illegal immigration and triggered leftist writers including Michael Hiltzik of the Los Angeles Times who decried an ad that aired during the series between the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers as “openly racist.”

“The most shockingly crude and, arguably, racist political ads since Willie Horton hit the small screen in 1988,” wrote Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Will Bunch of the “jarring interruptions” by Citizens for Sanity during a game between the Phillies and the Atlanta Braves.

“Citizens for Sanity’s mission is to return common sense to America, to highlight the importance of logic and reason, and to defeat “wokeism” and anti-critical thinking ideologies that have permeated every sector of our country and threaten the very freedoms that are foundational to the American Dream,” the organization – which is also behind billboards targeting “woke” ideology – says on the group’s website.

Another Citizens for Sanity ad so badly rattled Democrats with its depictions of violent crime and the contribution of high-profile lawmakers and VP Kamala Harris to the dangerous conditions in American cities that it immediately drew censorship from the Silicon Valley thought police who rigidly enforce the party’s ideological agenda on social media.

“Networks make the decision on what political ads to run,” an MLB spokesperson told The Athletic on Friday. “MLB does not believe it should be in the role of censoring political advertising.”

The Phillies took a 1-0 series lead on the Astros, rallying to win 6-5 on a 10th-inning home run by J.T. Realmuto that stunned a crowd at Houston’s Minute Maid Park who had already watched the home team cough up a 5-0 lead against the visitors.
