A photo has surfaced of Twitter lawyer and “head of censorship” Vijaya Gadde allegedly giving the new “Chief Twit” Elon Musk the evil eye during an awkward meeting with nervous employees at HQ just a day before he officially fired her.
This is the same woman who was behind quashing the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 presidential election and banning former President Trump from the social media platform. She permanently suspended Trump from the platform on January 8, 2021, citing “the risk of further incitement of violence” after the Capitol riot.
Gadde has been very vocal in her criticism of Musk. She literally wept at a meeting in April when she found out he planned to buy the company, Politico reported. The leftist is a well-known Democratic donor. She earned $17 million in 2021 via Twitter and was with the company for more than 11 years.
Musk publicly excoriated her for suppressing the Hunter Biden story, tweeting, “Suspending the Twitter account of a major news organization for publishing a truthful story was obviously incredibly inappropriate.”
For too long Twitter free speech has been policed by authoritarian leftists. Now that Elon Musk has taken over we will hopefully be allowed to comment freely. The circled sulking woman, Vijaya Gadde (of banning Trump fame) was fired just after this photo was taken. 👍 pic.twitter.com/FNPBuNKZV0

Over the last 24 hours, we’ve received significant feedback (from critical to supportive) about how we enforced our Hacked Materials Policy yesterday. After reflecting on this feedback, we have decided to make changes to the policy and how we enforce it.

Gadde was given the boot along with CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal. Others have also been shown the door.
She won’t leave empty-handed. The former Twitter attorney will walk away with a monster payout for the $72 million in stock she owned, salary, benefits, and stocks that had not vested when she was terminated.
Golden Parachutes for Gadde, Agrawal, and Segal amount to hundreds of millions of dollars. Gadde will get $204 million, Agrawal gets $66 million, and Segal takes home $65 million, according to MarketWatch.
Musk will act as interim CEO of Twitter. He has asked Tesla engineers to visit Twitter’s headquarters to start rewriting the website’s code. He plans on an open-source algorithm to increase transparency for users and instill confidence in how their data is being handled. The new CEO also plans on implementing an “edit” button.
The billionaire has made it known he plans to welcome Trump back to Twitter as well. However, Trump now has his own social media platform, Truth Social, so his return to Twitter is a big question mark.
I am by no means qualified on this subject but in my opinion there is quite a bit of body language on display in that picture, sort of says “Get out Elon we all hate you”… It is fantastic to see the Left meltdown over this take over.

The former president is thrilled with Musk taking the helm of Twitter, and stated on Truth Social, “TRUTH SOCIAL has become somewhat of a phenomena. Last week it had bigger numbers than all other platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and the rest. It also looks and works better to my eye. I am very happy that Twitter is now in sane hands, and will no longer be run by Radical Left Lunatics and Maniacs that truly hate our country. Twitter must now work hard to rid itself of all of the bots and fake accounts that have hurt it so badly. It will be much smaller, but better. I LOVE TRUTH!”
Conservatives who have been banned on Twitter are now waiting in the wings to be reinstated.
Musk is taking the company private which will protect it somewhat from the regulations and bureaucracy he faces with a publicly traded company.
In a securities filing on April 14, Musk stated he did not have confidence in Twitter’s management and planned to fire 75 percent of the workforce when he formally took control. He has since backed off that number but the firings have definitely begun as the bird is freed.
