MSNBC, CNN contributor claims Republicans will ban all birth control ‘NATIONWIDE’

A known MSNBC/CNN contributor who’s also a prolific liar claimed in a BS tweet posted Friday that Republicans intend to ban condoms, abortion, Plan B pills, and birth control pills if they retake Congress next month.

Never mind that such a drastic proposal would require the approval of President Joe Biden, a far-left Democrat who loves him some abortion and birth control.

“There will be no condoms. There will be no abortions. There will be no Plan B pills. There will be no birth control pills,” MSNBC/CNN contributor Tristan Snell tweeted.

“Republicans will ban them all — NATIONWIDE, all 50 states and DC. They’ve literally promised to do this, and we need to listen — and take action,” he added.

Look:

Thanks to Twitter being a far-left echo chamber, the tweet was not ratioed, with the number of likes and retweets far outnumbering the number of comments.

However, there were critics, many of whom accused Snell of being a liar and BS artist.

Look:

They were correct. Snell’s history of posting and spouting nonsense is extensive.

Last October, he claimed the catchphrase “Let’s Go Brandon” is “the MAGA version of ‘Sieg Heil.'” That was a lie.

“Let’s Go Brandon” is simply a non-profane way of saying “f–k Joe Biden.” It came into usage after a “journalist” who was interviewing a racecar driver as fans were shouting “f–k Joe Biden” remarked to the driver that his fans were shouting “let’s go Brandon.”

Now fast-forward to this past May, when Snell equated Kyle Rittenhouse with the white supremacist Buffalo shooter, Payton Gendron.

“Remember when we said that acquitting Kyle Rittenhouse would embolden the next Kyle Rittenhouse to be far worse? Yeah,” he tweeted.

Except there is no similarly between Rittenhouse and Gendron. As previously reported dozens of times, Rittenhouse opened fire and killed two white left-wing extremists after they brazenly attacked him on camera.

Gendron meanwhile opened up opened fire at a Buffalo supermarket and killed 10 innocent shoppers, all of them black. In a manifesto that went viral afterward, he espoused deep-seated neo-Nazi and white supremacist beliefs.

FYI, Rittenhouse has never once expressed any sort of neo-Nazi or white supremacist beliefs.

A month later in June, Snell accused Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis of denying COVID vaccines to children. This too was a lie.

In fairness to him, the lie originated with the White House.

“Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is now allowing healthcare providers — including pediatricians and children’s hospitals — to order COVID-19 vaccines from a federal program for children between six months and 5 years old, a reversal from earlier this week when providers were prevented from preordering doses, White House officials [said],” McClatchy reported at the time.

Despite being false, the claim quickly went viral across the entire Internet thanks to far-left activists like Snell. But according to DeSantis and his top administration officials, the narrative he and those like him were telling was bunk.

In a tweet, Florida Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo explained that healthcare providers in the Sunshine State had “always” been allowed to purchase COVID vaccines for children.

The only difference between Florida and other states, he added, was that Florida hadn’t recommended these vaccines because of a lack of “strong evidence of benefit.”

DeSantis’ press secretary, Christina Pushaw, echoed Ladapo, writing in tweets that Florida’s policy remained the same as before.

“The State of Florida is not placing any orders of covid shots for 0-5 year old babies & kids. … The only thing that’s changed was the federal government (FDA) issued the EUA for the shots today. Obviously, there must be FDA approval or an EUA for the system to process orders from healthcare providers,” she wrote.
