New court documents allege that Brad Pitt physically attacked Angelina Jolie as well as two of their children during a now-infamous 2016 private plane flight which led to Jolie filing for divorce.

The “Fight Club,” “Se7en” and “12 Monkeys” actor, now 58, allegedly “choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her.”

“At one point, he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children,” the documents further claim, according to Page Six.

The suit continues, “To get Jolie off his back, Pitt threw himself backwards into the airplane’s seats, injuring Jolie’s back and elbow.”

“The children rushed in and all bravely tried to protect each other. Before it was over, Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face. Some of the children pleaded with Pitt to stop. They were all frightened. Many were crying.”

Pitt had undergone an investigation by the FBI following the alleged altercation, but at its conclusion, the bureau did not recommend any charges be brought forth.

“In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation,” a spokeswoman for the FBI’s Los Angeles field office, Laura Eimiller, said at the time.

Jolie was evidently not satisfied with the outcome of the FBI’s investigation and summarily filed a Freedom of Information Act request seeking transparency concerning the incident, particularly why Pitt was never arrested. Then in August, she filed suit against the agency under the pseudonym “Jane Doe.”

A source close to Pitt told Page Six in August that “Angelina and her team have been desperately trying to find something,” adding, “This is all for show. This is all information that she already had five and a half years ago. There is nothing new here.”

In the initial FBI report, Jolie stated that her husband was “mad” throughout the flight from Nice, France to the U.S. All six of their children were in tow: Maddox, now 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 14.

Pitt allegedly punched the celling of the aircraft a number of times and yelled at Jolie, “You’re f—ing up this family.”‘

When the kids asked, “Are you OK, Mommy?,” Pitt allegedly replied, “No, she’s not OK, she’s ruining this family, she’s crazy.”

One of the kids reportedly yelled back at Pitt, “It’s not her, it’s you, you p—k!.”

Jolie said that Pitt then lunged toward the child as Jolie held him back, injuring her elbow and back as she did.

Another detail from the initial FBI report stated that Pitt poured beer on Jolie as she slept. She then claimed Pitt held the family from leaving the tarmac for a period of 20 minutes after Jolie said she was taking the kids to a hotel instead of their home. She alleged that Pitt shouted, “You’re not taking my f–king kids” and then pushed her.

The following year in 2017, Pitt told GQ he had gotten off the sauce, adding, “I stopped everything except boozing when I started my family … I was boozing too much. It’s just become a problem. And I’m really happy it’s been half a year now, which is bittersweet, but I’ve got my feelings in my fingertips again. I had to step away for a minute. And truthfully I could drink a Russian under the table with his own vodka. I was a professional. I was good.”

An updated FBI report reiterates their initial findings.

“This author provided both AUSAs copies of a probable cause statement related to this incident. After reviewing the document, representative of the United States Attorney’s Office discussed the merits of this investigation with the case agent. It was agreed by all parties that criminal charges in this case would not be pursued due to several factors.”

Although Pitt and Jolie are now legally divorced, there is an ongoing custody battle over their minor children.
