MSNBC panel ridicules Lindsey Graham’s sexuality over abortion stance: ‘He’s never seen a vagina!’

The “tolerant” left struck again Friday on MSNBC’s “The 11th Hour” when a discussion on proposed legislation by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) turned into speculation on the lawmakers sexuality.

“He’s never seen a vagina!” comedian Judy Gold exclaimed in all seriousness.

Before the conversation had devolved into ridiculing the South Carolina lawmaker for being publicly unattached throughout his career, host Stephanie Ruhle had attempted to setup what appeared to be a serious, albeit biased, look at Graham’s recent proposal of a federal 15-week abortion ban.

“Well I know all of you have something to say about Lindsey Graham,” Ruhle began as Gold muttered, “Oh my God” while the host continued, “Lindsey Graham, who is more than doubling down, he is going further pushing a federal ban. A national ban on abortion. I want you to first help me understand, why would he even be doing this? Right. They overturned Roe v. Wade. So for that portion of their base who wanted that, you got what you wanted.”

“Why do this? Republicans don’t even support it across the board. He’s dividing Republicans. It’s not like you can get white evangelical voters to vote for you twice,” she prompted.

With that, Gold, herself an outspoken lesbian, cut right to a personal attack on the senator, “Oh, I know. And, the fact that he is telling women what to do with their bodies. He’s never seen a vagina! He has never seen a naked woman. And he is telling me.”

Laughter and crosstalk ensued from the panel with Ruhle contending “We don’t know that for sure” as MSNBC’s Liz Plank giddily said, “It’s probably true. It’s probably true.”

CNBC’s Ron Insana chimed in with industry parlance, “Judy we would refer to that as an unconfirmed report” and as Gold acceded to the language, Plank chirped, “Someone needs to find out.”

Of course, once the sophomoric conversation was primed with the implication that Graham is a closeted homosexual, the panel couldn’t help but make further insinuations. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) who co-sponsored the 15-week abortion ban was unceremoniously dubbed impotent along with his unmarried colleague for no apparent reason other than to insult their manhood.

“They’re men who need viagra. They don’t even operate correctly!”

“Right,” assented Nancy Giles of CBS after moments earlier referring to the president of National Right to Life Carol Tobias and the president of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Marjorie Dannensfelser as “meek” for standing beside Graham.

“It really makes me uncomfortable that a guy, that a man–even in the press conference, there he is in front with these two meek women standing beside him,” Giles said as she took the position that men shouldn’t speak on abortion.

While there is nothing new about pundits calling into question Graham’s marital status, as is so often the case with the narrative-driven echo chamber of the left, Gold’s attack on the senator wasn’t the only this week.

Whoopi Goldberg found herself in trouble yet again after a similar discussion on “The View” led the co-host to make what some considered a homophobic joke as she suggested of Graham, “Maybe he’s getting married” before adding ahead of the commercial break, “Do it quick, because I know people are fooling around with our marriage rights, wherever you stand.”

Goldberg was forced to issue a non-apology when the show resumed explaining, “I got a whole conversation about people misunderstanding the joke. I mean, okay. I should probably never do this show again if this is what it’s coming to. It was a joke, guys.”

Of course, Gold would make no such half-hearted effort as she stood by her remarks and further asserted Graham was gay on social media repeatedly referring to him as “closeted” while people called her out for her evident intolerance.
