Trump lights up ‘racist’ New York AG Letitia ‘Peekaboo’ James over politically motivated lawsuit

New York Attorney General Letitia “Tish” James rocketed to the upper echelon of Resistance superstardom when she announced that she has filed a lawsuit against former President Donald J. Trump and his children over alleged business fraud on Wednesday, drawing a ferocious response from her target.

While it was an instant hit of pure euphoria to the sworn enemies of the ex-POTUS who swim in the toxic waters of the great leftist Twitter fever swamp, the reality is that the lawsuit is an underwhelming result considering the massive amount of time and taxpayer money that her office has spent on a criminal probe that clearly came up empty, leading to the civil litigation.

Trump wasted little time in responding to his pesky antagonist and her politically motivated persecution, taking to Truth Social to respond, mocking the Democrat as “Peekaboo” and slamming her for focusing on sticking it to him instead of doing her real job in fighting crime in a city where criminals are running amok and, in many areas, is less safe than many third world hellholes.

“Another Witch Hunt by a racist Attorney General, Letitia James, who failed in her run for Governor, getting almost zero support from the public, and now is doing poorly against Law & Order A.G. candidate, highly respected Michael Henry. I never thought this case would be brought – until I saw her really bad poll numbers. She is a fraud who campaigned on a ‘get Trump’ platform, despite the fact that the city is one of the crime and murder disasters of the world under her watch!” Trump wrote.

In a second post, Trump introduced the world to “Peekaboo,” a complete disaster for the Big Apple whose fingerprints are all over the exodus of residents and companies sick of rampant crime.

“Attorney General Letitia “Peekaboo” James, a total crime fighting disaster in New York, is spending all of her time fighting for very powerful and well represented banks and insurance companies, who were fully paid, made a lot of money, and never had a complaint about me, instead of fighting murder and violent crime, which is killing New York State. She is a failed A.G. whose lack of talent in the fight against crime is causing record numbers of people and companies to flee New York. Bye, bye!”

The reaction from left-wingers on Twitter to the latest one of the nicknames that he has doled out to those who cross him once again shows that when it comes to trolling, he has few equals.

Just before noon on Wednesday, James boasted of her move against Trump on Twitter.

“Today, I filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump for engaging in years of financial fraud to enrich himself, his family, and the Trump Organization,” she wrote on Twitter. “There aren’t two sets of laws for people in this nation: former presidents must be held to the same standards as everyday Americans.”

She also posted a list of her demands including making Trump pay $250 million, banning the Trump family from ever running businesses in New York, and banning Trump and the Trump Organization from buying commercial real estate for 5 years, topping it off with a criminal referral to Biden’s ruthlessly partisan Justice Department that just dialed up the Gestapo-style raid on Mar-a-Lago.

The lawsuit is hardly a slam dunk as the New York Times noted and which Trump took great pleasure in pointing out in another Truth Social post.

“Yet her case against him could be difficult to prove. Property valuations are often subjective, and the financial statements include a disclaimer stating that they have not been audited,” according to The New York Times.

“And if there were a trial, his lawyers would most likely emphasize that Deutsche Bank and Mr. Trump’s other lenders were hardly victims; all of his loans are either current or were paid off, some early,” the nation’s newspaper of record reported.
