Frustrated high level DHS officials fed up with Biden’s inaction on border crisis

Corporate media may have hemmed and hawed over the “humanitarian crisis” at Martha’s Vineyard blamed on Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) as a mere fraction of illegal aliens entering the United States have voluntarily been transported to progressive-run cities, but the overall bias along with the dishonesty of Democrat politicians was aired out when NBC News, of all outlets, revealed the frustrated requests of high-level Homeland Security officials.

When two planes filled with illegals were flown from Texas to Florida and onward to Massachusetts, leaving dozens of mostly Venezuelan people on the wealthy island of Martha’s Vineyard, the left was thoroughly triggered by the cherry that DeSantis had planted atop Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) months-long busing initiative.

As pundits’ heads exploded with cries of racism and abuse, NBC News quietly reported how sources within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had passed the breaking point on the White House not conducting similar actions.

According to the outlet, during a series of recent high-level meetings DHS officials had conveyed options of sending illegals to the border of Canada or interior cities to manage the processing, and they “openly expressed frustration at those meetings with the White House’s reluctance to take a page from the book of Republican governors and begin transporting migrants to cities within the U.S.”

In addition to their politically motivated decision-making, as border crossings have totaled nearly 8,000 per day, according to NBC’s data, the crisis has yet to cross the administration’s predetermined threshold for such action.

“White House officials have previously set 9,000 per day as an internal trigger to begin what they refer to as ‘interior processing,’ where migrants are flown or bused from the border to interior cities,” they reported based on accounts from DHS officials.

Meanwhile, before being called out over the covert operation, the Biden administration was found to have sent over 70 flights of illegals from the border to Florida under cover of darkness, and at least one of those individuals, according to DeSantis, “ended up committing a murder. And so now this individual has been detained, should have never been in this country to begin with, and definitely should not have been dumped in the state of Florida.”

The anonymous sources cited for NBC’s report violated the current narrative of the Democrats that Republicans are to blame for all woes at the southern border and so after NBC published their report, they issued an update with a statement from an unnamed DHS spokesperson that claimed, “Rumors of friction are false.”

“The significant increase in the number of Cuban and Venezuelan migrants encountered at the border presents unique and complex challenges,” they went on, “and this administration is unified in its commitment to address them in a safe, orderly, and humane way. The Texas and Florida governors’ manipulation and reported deceit of the Cuban and Venezuelan migrants is to be condemned.”

The White House did not offer a comment of their own following NBC’s request.
