Three days after she delivered a speech bemoaning her blackness, former first lady Michelle Obama, a privileged elite worth tens of millions of dollars, was spotted leaving a lavish Manhattan hotel where rooms range from $1,000 to $30,000 a night.
What made the Saturday sighting unusual was her choice of attire, which looked anything but lavish: baggy jeans; a simple white tee; and a simple pair of sneakers.

The jeans in particular provoked a bit of mockery, with some jokers claiming the bagginess was necessary for Obama to conceal her male genitalia.
The joke was based on the longtime conspiracy theory that Michelle Obama is a transgender woman. FYI, she’s definitely a biological woman.
Nevertheless, a joke is a joke… and the internet can be a cruel place:
It makes sense. Guys know it. Jeans, to a certain extent, can hid an erection. Loose fitting Dockers can be a problem. And swimming trunks? The ultimate embarrassment on the beach. I guess after seeing my older brother’s nudie magazine at age 12, no nudist camp for me.

Despite the homely look, it’s worth remembering that she and her husband, former President Barack Obama, are uber wealthy.
“In addition to a $65 million book advance and an estimated $50 million deal with Netflix, both of which she shares with husband Barack Obama, the former first lady is poised to rake in millions from appearances on her 10-city US tour and sales of merchandise connected to her autobiography,” the New York Post reported in 2018.
“And like her husband, Michelle Obama is currently in demand as a speaker for corporations and nonprofits, commanding $225,000 per appearance. … They are now worth more than $135 million.”
That’s a lot of money.
Though to hear Obama talk, she’s not an uber-wealthy member of the country’s privileged elite; she’s just a downtrodden black girl. That’s the image she tried to portray during her White House visit last week alongside her husband.
As previously reported, both returned to the White House for the unveiling of their official portraits:

During a speech delivered at the event, Obama once again reminded Americans that she’s black.
“For me, this day is not just about what has happened. It’s also about what could happen. Because a girl like me, she was never supposed to be up there next to Jacqueline Kenne- — Kennedy and Dolley Madison. She was never supposed to live in this house, and she definitely wasn’t supposed to serve as First Lady,” she said.

Her remarks provoked backlash because she’s been complaining about being black for years. And this despite America these days being a country where blacks boast as much privilege as — if not more than — white people.
Indeed, Obama grew up better than most white people. So do her husband.
“Both Michelle Robinson and Barack Obama began their adult lives with a leg up on the rest of America,” Breitbart reported way back in 2012.
“They attended elite schools: Michelle went to Whitney Young, the public magnet school for Chicago’s upper class, while Barack attended Punahou, the private prep school for the top stratum of Hawaiian society. They were accepted to Ivy League schools despite undistinguished credentials, and both attended Harvard Law School.”
And so is it any surprise her remarks provoked backlash?
View the backlash below:
@MichelleObama, my WHITE great grandfather almost died at The Battle of Spotsylvania Court House because he believed a little girl like you DID have the right to “be up there”, “live in this house” and “serve as First Lady”.
You dishonor ALL those who DID die for you. pic.twitter.com/A7Kcser6jC— John Barleycorn (@_Run_JB_Run_) September 11, 2022
That’s absolutely NOT correct & a horrible message to send out – but neither of them care about anything but themselves as they’re worth 50 million!! Yet Chicago & the rest of the inner cities are a disaster & how do they use their platform to buy a 15 million dollar estate on MV

Michelle never had it so good yet, she can’t stop complaining, stirring the pot of hatred, playing on the sympathies of others. Trying to gain the all consuming position and power.
