White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s staggering incompetence has been the proverbial gift that keeps on giving when it comes to moments deserving of mockery and her latest doozy about the mythical booming Biden economy drew a savage response on Twitter.
During Friday’s daily press briefing, the historic first black, lesbian immigrant to hold the position of top White House spokesperson flubbed her numbers when describing the booming job market under President Joe Biden, claiming that the U.S. has added an impressive “ten thousand million jobs” since he took office.
Citing the latest Labor Department monthly payroll report showing that 315,000 jobs were added in August, Jean-Pierre greatly exaggerated the figures since Biden’s inauguration.
“As you know, the good news is in August, the economy created 315,000 jobs, which is important,” she said. “We have created nearly ten thousand million jobs since President Biden took office, which is the fastest job growth in history, so you’re asking me ‘where’s the success?’ here it is…”

Twitter pounced on the latest enforced error by Biden’s spox who is clearly in way over her head.
