The New York Police Department is searching for a man who is accused of sucker-punching a shopper at the New York City mall, rendering him unconscious.
Security cameras in the mall captured the 36-year-old victim standing in a check-out line, before two men approach him from the back. One of the men, wearing black basketball shorts, white t-shirt and black sneakers, crouches right behind the victim before unloading a vicious punch into the side of his head. He falls face-first onto the ground and the two thugs begin to walk away.
To make matters worse, a security guard then enters the frame, but seemingly ignores the unconscious man lying on the floor. Bystanders weren’t much help either, though one woman could be seen moving the victim’s belongings closer to his body.
Police claim that the attack didn’t appear to be targetted, and it doesn’t seem like the victim knew his attackers.
The victim received “serious physical injury” from the assault, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
Social media had harsh words for the situation:
Notice how cowardly all these guys are hitting people from behind when they can’t see it.

And not one person including the security guard helps the victim. Wtf?

What goes around, come around. Justice to the attacker will come in a unexpected way just like the assault on the victim. ✝️
