Gary Busey caught with pants down – literally – day after being charged with groping three women

Just a day after getting charged for allegedly groping three women at a horror movie convention, a smiling Gary Busey, 78, was videoed with his pants down while sitting on a California park bench.

Busey has been charged with sex crimes as a result of the convention incident.

The Daily Mail snagged the video and pictures of Busey in Malibu, California Saturday, exposing himself in Point Dume Park.

Images show Busey getting out of his car wearing a shirt that referenced the 1991 film “Point Break” and making his way to a bench at the lookout point.

He reportedly took a seat on the bench, looked at his phone, and then proceeded to stick his hands down his pants which were pulled down during the activity. When he finished, he pulled his pants up and then lit a cigar, and looked out over the ocean for almost 30 minutes before getting back in his car and leaving the park. Busey lives in Malibu.

That episode of apparent self-gratification came just 24 hours after a New Jersey police department charged him with sexual contact and harassment in an incident involving multiple fans at a horror movie convention.

Three different women are accusing Busey of groping them during the Monster Mania Convention on August 13th at the Doubletree Hotel in Cherry Hill, NJ according to ABC News.

The local police showed up after the three women complained that the actor touched them inappropriately during an autograph signing and meet and greet. Cherry Hill Township Police Lt. Robert Scheunemann told the Philadelphia Inquirer that officials received multiple complaints against Busey.

“It was about contact,” Scheunemann told the Inquirer in an interview. “It was about touching.”

Police assert they fully expect to hear from more women in the coming days concerning the convention and the actor’s allegedly lewd advances.

Following a brief investigation. the police charged Busey Friday with two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal attempt, and criminal sexual contact, along with one count of harassment.

An attorney for the convention named Nikitas Moustakas said the convention company was “assisting authorities in their investigation into an alleged incident involving attendees and a celebrity guest at its convention.”

“Immediately upon receiving a complaint from the attendees, the celebrity guest was removed from the convention and instructed not to return,” he stated.

“Monster-Mania also encouraged the attendees to contact the police to file a report. The safety and well-being of all our attendees is of the utmost importance to Monster-Mania, and the company will not tolerate any behavior that could compromise those values,” Moustakas added.

In 2011, during a season of Celebrity Apprentice, Busey was accused of sexually assaulting a female employee.

“We were smoking cigarettes outside, and Busey was standing next to me,” the employee told the Daily Beast in 2016. “And then at one point, he grabbed me firmly between my legs, ran his hand up my stomach, and grabbed my breasts. I didn’t know what to do. So I made this joke that, ‘Oh, I’ve never been sexually harassed by a celebrity before!’ Then he grabbed my hand and put it [over] his penis, and said, like, ‘I’m just getting started, baby.'”

Busey appeared at the convention with fellow actors including Ralph Macchio, Tom Skerritt, and Veronica Cartwright. His acting credits include Point Break, Under Siege, Rookie of the Year, Lethal Weapon, and Predator 2.
