The dichotomy between the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s kid-glove response to twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information compared to the recent raid on former President Donald Trump’s private residence allegedly due to classified documents removed from the White House got two Fox News personalities all fired up on Thursday.

Appearing on “America Reports,” Fox News contributor Jessica Tarlov argued that “Donald Trump himself” upgraded the penalty to a felony for mishandling classified information and had 15 boxes of documents taken out of Trump’s Mar-Lago residence in February that “contained information so classified that we couldn’t even talk about what was contained in them.”
Thank you, Tarlov, for correctly noting that classified documents are in fact secret.

She continued her rant by stating matter of factly, “it is breaking the law.”
“It matters,” she added emphatically.
“Jessica, hold on a second,” Fox News’ Sean Duffy reacted. “So he has documents, papers in boxes. The Chinese and the Russians can’t access those boxes of information.”
“But Hillary Clinton’s server is published to the world,” he added, raising his voice.
“Guess what?” Tarlov interrupted. “She was punished.”
“No she wasn’t,” Duffy shot back.

“She lost the election,” Tarlov responded.
“Did they raid her home?” Duffy asked, incredulous.
“They didn’t need to because she cooperated like a normal human being!” Tarlov yelled.
“She did not cooperate,” Duffy said.
“Yes she did!” Tarlov shrieked.
For the record, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) tweeted about Clinton’s lack of cooperation over her illegal email server that contained hordes of classified information related to Benghazi and other issues in March 2020.
“Federal judge says Clinton’s answers to email questions are ‘incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory, at best,'” Jordan wrote. “He ordered Colinton and Cheryl Mills be deposed.”
“The American people deserve the truth,” he added.

Trump blasted the unprecedented raid on his residence in a post to his social media platform Truth Social on Monday.
“Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before,” Trump declared after the FBI breached his house in Florida.
“After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate,” he wrote.
Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) called the entire premise of the investigation into question in an interview on Tuesday.
“You know, if you think about it, he would have had such documents, if he has classified documents,” the senator said. “he would have had them and obtained them as of the moment he was president of the United States.”
“The president of the United States is in charge of… declassifying classified documents, which means he had discretion to decide what he could and couldn’t have. It baffles me to consider how this means he could have violated the law.”
