Liberal media’s obsession with Trump goes to the toilets LITERALLY with doc flush claim

As the wall-to-wall coverage of former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson’s Jan. 6 hearsay testimony demonstrated, anything that supports the narrative is admissible evidence, and the latest volley against former President Donald Trump had some suggesting the lengths those suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) will go to in order to demonize the 45th president have transcended dumpster diving to reach toilet snorkeling.

Earlier this year, New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman’s upcoming book “Confidence Man: The Making of Donald Trump and the Breaking of America,” was said to include a claim that the president had clogged toilets in the White House by flushing classified documents. Now, Axios has reported that there are newly acquired photos from a source inside the Trump White House to “backup” Haberman’s story that will appear in her book, and they had the privilege of publishing them first.

“NEW IN AXIOS: Trump denied flushing documents as president,” the reporter posted to Twitter, “as I learned during reporting last year for CONFIDENCE MAN. A Trump White House source recently provided PHOTOS of paper with Trump’s handwriting in two different toilets.”

“That Mr. Trump was discarding documents this way was not widely known within the West Wing, but some aides were aware of the habit, which he engaged in repeatedly,” Haberman said, contending that one of the toilets was within the White House and the other was overseas.

“It was an extension of Trump’s term-long habit of ripping documents that were supposed to be preserved under the Presidential Records Act,” she told Axios.

While the images clearly show pieces of paper with the word “qualified” and names “Rogers” and “Stefanik” legible, the glaringly obvious missing detail is proof that any of this is true, most specifically, that Trump was indeed responsible for putting those torn pieces of paper into the toilets.

The president has remained adamant that this story has been fabricated and his spokesperson, Taylor Budowich, told Axios, “You have to be pretty desperate to sell books if pictures of paper in a toilet bowl is part of your promotional plan.”

“We know,” Budowich continued, “there’s enough people willing to fabricate stories like this in order to impress the media class–a media class who is willing to run with anything, as long as [it’s] anti-Trump.”

Trump had initially slammed the reporter calling her “Maggot Haberman” for her “fake book” that was filled with made-up “stories” about him.

Now that corporate media has glommed onto these images, social media users have refreshed the use of the hashtag “FlushGate” with TDS sufferers considering it a smoking gun while cooler heads mocked the absurdity of considering the images as proof of anything.

The effort to smear Trump for supposed coverups had also tied in a request from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for the president to turn over 15 boxes of Trump records that were at his Mar-a-Lago residence. The “ordinary and routine process” was labeled a “raid,” leaving the former executive to call out the fake news yet again.

“The Fake News is making it seem like me, as the President of the United States, was working in a filing room. No,” he asserted, “I was busy destroying ISIS, building the greatest economy America had ever seen, brokering Peace deals, making sure Russia didn’t attack Ukraine, making sure China didn’t take over Taiwan, making sure there was no inflation, creating an energy independent country, rebuilding our military and law enforcement, saving our Second Amendment, protecting our Border, and cutting taxes.”

“Now, Russia is invading Ukraine,” Trump noted at the time, “our economy is being destroyed, our Border is once again overrun, and the mandate continues. Instead of focusing on America, the media just wants to talk about their plan to ‘get’ Trump. The people won’t stand for it any longer!”
