School teaching kindergarteners that ‘whites make it harder for black people’ shuts down its social media

A posh private school in Austin, Texas, has locked its Twitter account after Libs of TikTok, a wildly popular Twitter account that exposes liberal lunacy revealed it is allegedly teaching kindergartners Critical Race Theory (CRT) “and other woke ideas.”

A concerned parent reached out to Libs of TikTok after receiving a photo of an alleged lesson plan for five-year-olds from St. Andrew’s Episcopal School that includes such lines as, “Whites make it harder for black people,” and, “Whites boss POC [people of color] around.” Also on the list of points to discuss was the statement, “New York has more freedom to vote than Texas.”

“Keep in mind these children live in Texas,” wrote Libs of TikTok.

According to the same parent, a book entitled, It Feels Good to Be Yourself, was read aloud to the class of kindergarteners.

It is described as a “picture book that introduces the concept of gender identity to the youngest reader” by Google Books.

“Some people are boys. Some people are girls. Some people are both, neither, or somewhere in between,” states the publisher of the book. “This sweet, straightforward exploration of gender identity will give children a fuller understanding of themselves and others. With child-friendly language and vibrant art, It Feels Good to Be Yourself provides young readers and parents alike with the vocabulary to discuss this important topic with sensitivity.”

“What a baby’s body looks like when they’re born can be a clue to what the baby’s gender will be, but not always,” the book reads, adding that doctors “guess” the gender of babies and, sometimes, they make mistakes.

Parents went to the school, which charges a whopping $26,870 per year to teach this stuff to kindergarteners, to voice their displeasure. But, says one parent, they were dismissed.

“When parents confront them like I did, they will first say it was an oversight, and if you keep asking too many questions, they will tell you that you’re an extremist,” the parent told Libs of TikTok. “When I asked my kindergartener how often they talked about topics like the one in the picture, he said it was every day.”

While St. Andrew’s didn’t respond to the Libs of TikTok’s request for comment, they did lock down their Twitter account in response to the article.

If they thought protecting their tweets would slow the flow of parental outrage, St. Andrew’s was sorely mistaken.

“This is CRT in practice,” wrote one user. “In this instance, it is mainly the ‘whiteness theory’ element, but it probably bleeds over into race essentialism & black powerlessness.”

“It’s from the playbook being used on how to create racism in America,” said another. “The devisiveness [sic] will allow the government to more easily control the citizens. United — we win. So we have to stay united against this!”

“And this is why my entire family, including my Episcopalian priest Dad, left that denomination decades ago,” stated a third.

And the criticism of the school and its progressive curriculum didn’t stop there:

But, increasingly, this is the state of our nation’s schools.

As one user put it, “Today: Woke indoctrination. Tomorrow: Pajama Day.”
