Activists call for sex strike over Roe v. Wade ruling; Twitter reacts with mockery and scorn

The overturn of Roe v. Wade has led to temper tantrums in the streets and on Twitter with perhaps none more ridiculous than activist women who didn’t get their way calling for abstinence in the form of a nationwide sex strike to protest the Supreme Court’s landmark decision.

On Friday, after just short of its 50th anniversary, Roe itself was aborted by conservative justices in a 6-3 ruling that was foretold by the shocking leak of a draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito last month, leading to an organized harassment campaign during which angry mobs harassed judges and their families in their homes in a clear violation of federal law and a man who traveled from California to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh got cold feet at the last minute.

The historic ruling was a long in the making counterpunch to the left’s hostile takeover of America, sending shockwaves through the ranks of the “woke” from the White House, to Congress to the social media mosh pit of Twitter, a magnet for the most emotionally unstable leftist personalities in the country.

And they swarmed after the court’s decision, pouring out every ounce of the ugliness and sorrow from very the depths of their barren souls, sending #sexstrike and #abstinence trending.

“To the men of America, we are not your incubators. You may just find yourselves in the midst of a national sex strike — or worse,” wrote one unhinged user who suggested the poisoning of men in general. “If you try to send us back to the kitchen, You may want to check to make sure that the rat poison is where you last left it.”

Another user wrote, “women should go on a sex strike. if women should take responsibility for our actions and accept the consequences, and the only way to be sure we won’t end up ruining our entire life is abstinence, men should be equally willing to not have sex until they want a baby too, right?”

Another user believes that a sex strike will be the magic bullet, “We need to protest by cutting off all sex married or not! Men will fight for our reproductive rights if they stop getting any! The only 100% effective birth control method is abstinance, let the men understand what that means!!”

Others also expressed their enthusiasm that such a protest would actually work in the real world outside of Twitter — Caution: Adult Language

However, many Twitter users showered the sex strike with the mockery and scorn that it is fully deserving of.

The idea of a sex strike isn’t exactly original – because with the loony left, nothing ever is – and was the originally the brainstorm of aging, faded B-list actress turned activist Alyssa Milano who in 2019 called for abstinence over Georgia “heartbeat” bill.

“We need to understand how dire the situation is across the country,” Milano told The Associated Press at the time. “It’s reminding people that we have control over our own bodies and how we use them.”

Also suggesting a sex strike where the ladies on “The View” led by foghorn voiced co-host Joy Behar who proclaimed, “We have more power than we think we have, and some of it could be right in the bedroom.”

Also previously calling for the weaponizing of sex was Hollywood moonbat Bette Midler who did so after the Texas abortion law went into affect last year.

Milano has not yet weighted on on whether she’s down with another sex strike and may choose not do after the first time that she humiliated herself.
