DeSantis’ epic response to Elon Musk’s 2024 nod has leftists go completely berserk

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has been evasive about whether he will throw his hat into the 2024 race for the White House but if he does, he appears to have the support of billionaire Elon Musk who has made his early endorsement.

The Tesla/SpaceX CEO took to Twitter to react to the big win by Republican Mayra Flores who easily won the special election for the open House seat in Texas’ 34th Congressional District and in doing so, flipped the longtime deep blue stronghold red in what was seen as a bellwether race contest for the upcoming midterm elections which many are predicting will be a moment of reckoning for Democrats.

Musk took to Twitter to mark the occasion, the first time that he has ever voted Republican, and predicted a “Massive red wave” come November.

Musk, whose purchase of Twitter put him atop the left’s enemies list with DeSantis and former President Donald Trump, responded to a question from a user on who his early preference is for 2024, an election that will be the most important in U.S. history if the nation is to have any chance of recovering from President Biden’s ruinous policies.

“DeSantis,” Musk replied to a question of whom he’s leaning towards.

On Wednesday, DeSantis who is focusing on his campaign for reelection to a second term as governor in the Sunshine State reacted to Musk’s nod and couldn’t have done a more perfect job of trolling Democrats, a skill that he has taken to an entirely new level.

“So what I would say, you know I’m focused on 2022 but with Elon Musk, what I would say is you know, I welcome support from African-Americans, what can I say?” DeSantis quipped, a nod to Musk’s South African homeland before he came to America, a land of opportunity where he found success likely beyond his wildest dreams.

While Trump is still the overwhelming favorite to roll to the Republican Party nomination if he chooses to run and the Nancy Pelosi-Liz Cheney January 6 committee doesn’t succeed in taking him out, DeSantis is looking like a serious contender, having just edged out the ex-POTUS in a Colorado straw poll two months after a strong showing in Texas where he clobbered the entire field of potential GOP candidates if Trump isn’t a factor.

Leftists went absolutely nuts on Twitter after DeSantis’ brilliant response to Musk’s dropping of his name as well as the idea that the “African-American” would endorse him in the first place.

**WARNING: Language**

Others who are less prone to wild emotions will relish pitting DeSantis against Trump, seeking to divide and conquer by sowing resentment amongst conservatives whom they will hope will be easily tricked.
