Trump calls Dems ‘insurrection’ line a ‘lot of crap’ at Wyoming rally: ‘Most of the country knows it’

Former President Donald J. Trump took aim at the so-called “insurrection” on January 6th 2021 during a barn burner of a speech in Wyoming on Saturday, denouncing the Democrat narrative about the day’s events as a “hoax” and a “lot of crap” which drew cheers from the adoring crowd.

On the day after he defied leftist gun-grabbers by appearing at the National Rifle Association’s annual conference in Houston days after the heinous massacre of 19 children and their teachers by a deranged monster who gunned them down in their classroom, Trump traveled to Casper where he made the case against Rep. Liz Cheney who has joined forces with Democrats to weaponize a protest gone badly awry to persecute their political enemies.

Trump repeatedly hammered Cheney who stands to lose the state’s Republican party primary to attorney Harriet Hageman who he has endorsed and is currently clobbering the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney by 30 points according to a new poll by the conservative Club For Growth.

“There is no RINO in American that has thrown in her lot with the radical left more than Liz Cheney,” Trump said. “She has gone crazy.”

“She’s the face of the Washington swamp and the same failed foreign policy of the Clintons, Bushes, the Obamas, the Bidens and the entire sick political establishment,” Trump said of Cheney as a picture of the embattled congresswoman with the face of former President George W. Bush was shown on the video screen, “I think she looks good, she looks nice.”

“She’s aided and abetted the radical Democrat party in one of the most unhinged, lawless and dangerous witch hunts of all time, the un-select committee on January 6th,” Trump said as the crowd booed.

“And I see these guys, and they’re up just like they did ‘Russia, Russia, Russia,” he continued, “now they’re talking, ‘ohhh insurrection’ they don’t mention what they did to Portland and burning down federal courthouses and all of the things,” referring to Antifa’s assault on the Rose City during and after the George Floyd riots.

“But this same group, Adam shifty Schiff,  he stands up, ‘this is a terrible thing for our nation’ same exact words and that turned out to be a hoax and I have to congratulate Mr. Durham, that turned out to be a total hoax, he’s exposed it,” Trump said to cheers, “I wish he did it before the election, that would have been nice,” referring to the trial of Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann during which Hillary’s former campaign manager Robby Mook admitted that she agreed to leak bogus information to the media.

Trump continued, “But as one of the nation’s leading proponents of the insurrection hoax, Liz Cheney has pushed a grotesquely false, fabricated, hysterical partisan narrative and that was the narrative of the day which has become the pretext for the most chilling assault on your civil liberties in generations, look what they’re doing to these people.”

“Look what they’re doing to these people and yet Antifa and BLM, they can do whatever the hell they want, they can steal money and live in 6 million dollar mansions and nobody does a damn thing,” he told the booing crowd. “They can kill people and nobody does anything and they’ve killed plenty, when you look at the problems and the death and destruction that they’ve caused, and nobody does a thing about it and now you look at the so-called word insurrection, January 6th, what a lot of crap.”

“What a lot of crap,” Trump repeated. “And most of this country knows it.”

“And you know who else knows it? The Democrats,” he added. “It’s another con job, just like ‘Russia, Russia, Russia’ this was made up by Hillary Clinton and the Democrats, a total fake story, and they have another fake story coming,”

Trump also spoke of the endless investigations that he has been subjected to by Democrats.

“Don’t forget, I’ve been investigated more than Billy the Kid, Jesse James, and the great legendary mobster Alphonse Capone, did anyone ever hear of him? Al Capone,” he said. “If you add them all up and double them and triple them, I’ve taken the cake for investigations.”

Trump added, “A friend of mine said, ‘You know, this has been going on for years, you must be the most honest man in the history of our country.’”

Cheney and Nancy Pelosi’s sham “insurrection” committee will be holding televised hearings in June, a spectacle right of the old Soviet Union reminiscent of Joseph Stalin’s show trials in a high-stakes gamble to shift attention away from the failures of President Joe Biden and the one-party Democrat majority that has taken a wrecking ball to the lives of ordinary Americans.
