Biden hands American sovereignty over to WHO – right under our noses

Biden allegedly plotting to hand U.S. sovereignty over to the China-influenced World Health Organization

Rep. Chris Smith (R-N.J.), who is a senior member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, spoke with Fox News host Laura Ingraham concerning the Biden administration’s alleged plan to hand the sovereignty of the United States over to the World Health Organization (WHO).

“Chris, when I first saw this I thought, ‘Oh, this is just some kind of a wonky thing. WHO? What does this really mean? Sovereignty.’ This is critically important,” Ingraham said in the opening of the segment of the “Ingraham Angle” Thursday.

“You know this is a situation where there are regulations with WHO that go back to 2005 and they equally gave nation-states like the United States the ability to collaborate and not a unilateral power. Well, under this Biden regulation… I have it right here… a series of amendments begins on May 22 at the World Health Assembly, WHO. They will get rid of that. They strike lines through the language where the states, the countries, have to agree,” Smith revealed.

“They also, and you know when it comes to the issue of enforcement, what are we gonna do in response. If a country like the United States says we don’t think we have this health emergency you’re saying, we have 48 hours to give an accounting to the World Health Organization and Dr. Tedros, I’ve known him for years. He used to be the health minister for Ethiopia. He did an awful job there. He covered up a lot of things,” he continued.

“He got his job from Xi Jinping. The Chinese Communist Party put him in that position of being Director-General. They lobbied. They provided a lot of money for the effort and so when COVID hit, he dutifully put out false information and as you said, we still don’t have the WHO coming clean on the origins,” Smith added.

“I actually have an amendment that failed in committee, real quick, that would have provided the ability of individuals who have been hurt by COVID in the United States to sue. I offered it as an amendment and it lost on a party-line vote. It would be like what we did with Saudi Arabia, you know, with 9/11. And they didn’t want… and it would get our people into court waiving foreign immunities in order to sue,” he said.

“We’ve got a lot of people in both Houses that are pretty pro-China in many ways. Republicans and Democrats,” Ingraham noted.

She then played a clip of Tedros speaking about the sharing of data.

“There’s a dual-track now. They want a treaty. This treaty would have to be ratified by the Senate so that gives us some checks and balances. But the other way around it, the end to get this big power-grab is to change the WHO regulations, the health regulations. And in days, without any scrutiny, and I’m glad you’re asking the hard questions, the administration will be arguing, and this is all of the changes they wanna make to the World Health Organization and our sovereignty will be greatly undermined,” Smith charged.

Ingraham ended off by alluding to the fact that this is a “run on nationhood period.”

On Wednesday, Smith issued a statement on President Joe Biden’s interaction with the World Health Organization.

“The Biden Administration’s absurd proposal to surrender U.S. sovereignty to the corrupt World Health Organization (WHO) is an egregious breach of constitutional principle that will lead to less accountability and more misconduct by this problematic UN agency,” the statement began. “This never would have happened under President Trump’s watch.”

“At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, WHO caved to pressure from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and enabled China to hoodwink the world by providing tremendous cover to the CCP’s deadly lie that the coronavirus was not transmissible from person to person, even after being informed of the truth by Taiwan,” Smith stated.

“Instead of demanding accountability from the WHO and its Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus for their complicity in the spread of COVID, as I argued two years ago, the Biden Administration seeks to turn over American sovereignty and decision-making, potentially subjecting us to the CCP’s ongoing malign influence,” he asserted.

“The alarming amendments offered by the Biden Administration to the WHO’s International Health Regulations would grant new unilateral authority to Director-General Tedros to declare a public health crisis in the United States or other sovereign nations, without any consultation with the U.S. or any other WHO member,” Smtih charged.

“Specifically, the Biden Amendment would strike the current regulation that requires the WHO to ‘consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring in,’ ceding the United States’ ability to declare and respond to an infectious disease outbreak within the United States dependent on the judgment of a corrupt and complicit UN bureaucracy,” he remarked.

“Now more than ever, our constitutional system of American government must be protected from those seeking to override the voice of the people and consent of the governed in favor of dictates by an agenda-driven global administrative bureaucracy,” Smith concluded.

  1. When this gets out it will drive this country absolutely crazy. These Democrats really have no idea what they’re doing, and this is a one-way street. There will be no turning back.

  2. That action has not cleared Congress. Biden can not limit alter or change the constitution period. Congress can but not the president.
    A convention of the states is in the works. They are close to having the 2/3rds of the states agree to article V of the constitution. Urge your state legislatures to ratify this article and put a perminant stop on Obama/Biden.

  3. Hopefully the left will lose power for a foreseeable future and the right can create some stability in our once great country.

  4. This act alone should cause his impeachment! He has stepped beyond his area of allowed power. He cannot force the citizens of this country to bow down forcibly to edicts coming from others who are not of this country. Remember our Constitution?? It is still relevant regardless of what today’s left thinks.

  6. Conservatives are celebrating because the head of the “Board of Disinformation” resigned. But conservatives are usually sleeping while the Democrat fascists move forward. The house just passed the “Domestic Terrorist Act” which enhances the FBI’s ability to track and punish “white supremacists”. Since ANTIFA or BLM wasn’t mentioned, it’s obviously another method to track and silence the political opposition. Hopefully Manchin will stop it from passing the Senate.

    Also while we were sleeping Biden had the U.S. rejoin the World Health Organization that Trump had exited. They are run by the corrupt Dr. Tedros; a front man for the CCP and a big buddy of Dr. Fauci. A new Treaty that Biden signed gives the CDC total power to decree what measures (Including lockdowns and mandatory vaccinations) need to be taken world wide during the next “pandemic”. It also mandates that our government enforce whatever they demand; effectively surrendering our sovereignty.

    Also, most Americans are unaware and should go back and read the Democrats “For The People Act”, which but for one vote, would have made Federal law all the procedures that allowed the Democrats to steal the 2020 election; drop boxes, ballot harvesting, universal mail in voting, no voter ID, etc., etc.. And everyone should also watch “2000 Mules” (which is not being reported here or even on Fox News) but is the definitive proof that the last election was a fraud.

    And finally, beware the RHINO’s. They are silent on all of the above while they wave their Ukrainian flags and vote to send 40 Billion dollars (8 times what our border wall, that they wouldn’t fund, would have cost) to Ukraine to fight another undeclared war that they or we didn’t vote on. They are complicit in the constant money printing of this Administration that is causing the massive inflation that is bankrupting our citizens and our country.

  7. I will never buckle to an edict issued by any foreigner. And I will buck any unconstitutional edict issued by any politician or bureaucrat. Our Constitution, our rights are not suspended by the whims of anybody. Our rights are supreme. Our Congress needs to push bills through right now to block this. This is a non partisan issue so should pass the Senate with enough votes to overturn any veto. Any member of Congress who would vote against this bill will be forever known as a traitor to the US along with Puppet Biden and his entire administration.
    It was noted on a radio talk show this morning how this control of the US by the WHO was to begin in November 2022. Fortunately it will be after the election but you just know the WHO will try to claim a major pandemic even before then and Biden will try to lock down the country and again allow the use of unsolicited mail in ballots. It will then be pitch forks, tar and feathers time.

    1. We cannot allow those scumbags to lock us down ever again. No matter what, we must go to the polls on election day and get rid of the democrapers that are ruining our country.

    2. Too many state and local governments have become dependent on handouts from Huashengdun. Too many of them don’t have the stones to “disobey” any orders from Huashengdun to dispatch police to round up “dissidents” who stand up for their rights.

    1. Great Comment, I was wondering how the Dems planned to steal the midterms but with this new information in the news it is becoming quite clear. If anyone recalls Biden has said in the past that there will be another variant of COVID in October and now the Dems will be able to have the WHO declare this an emergency and implement lock downs which will only allow mail in voting or the election to be canceled, they plan to remain in power no matter what. Also keep in mind that our own CDC has stated they think that gun violence is a health issue so don’t be surprised when the WHO comes for our guns as well. My question is where is the Republican Party as we are hearing crickets from them?

      3. How would the UN even enforce any edicts issued against the US? If it does, send our armed forces to the UN building in NYC. Seal the entrances. Anybody coming out is taken directly to an airport and put on the first airplane to their home country.

  11. ….and the reason the suspended the Misinformation Board had nothing to do with right-wing protests. WHO is doing it for them, then they can create one as “coordinator” with WHO. WHO can also tell us to stop inhouse learning again, lock down businesses and all the other things China wants to happen, since they pull the strings.

    1. Remember this: voting drop boxes was “supposed” to be “temporary” but in most, if not all states these boxes are permanent. So will this “one” WHO bow-down become. The pattern will be set and we will eventually, if not almost immediately, bow down to all “globalist” dictates. In other words our Constitution will become MEANINGLESS!

You make some great points and I don’t think you will find one Patriot of the US that will disagree with what you have stated, my question is why are the Republicans who have been voted into office not standing up and putting an end to this BS? The other problem we have as US citizens is once these laws and additions are passed they will never be rescinded. As I see it at this time I’m watching a country that I proudly gave the better part of my life for just being erased as the FREE country we fought for.

      1. Evidently because once they arrive in Washington DC the majority of them abdicate their responsibilities to their constituents, as well as to the Constitution and fall in line with corrupt leadership and promises of great wealth gain. I can’t think of any other reasons can you?

Obummer, Manchu Joe, and the rest of the cabal that purports to be an administration have all been having wet dreams all their adult lives about getting the power to change this country from the republic of the free it has been since 1776 into some twisted version of a “country” where they, as a privileged elite, could rule over the country, dictating what the members of the general populace can and can’t do, according to the mindset of they, the elite.
