Jesse Watters: ‘If Joe Biden really cared, he’d go out there and talk about what really fueled this rampage’

Fox News’ Jesse Watters reasoned that President Joe Biden continues to divide the nation rather than live up to his promise to unite it, as evidenced by his attempts to capitalize on the massacre in Buffalo, New York in the name of political power.

“When America is faced with a tragedy, Americans expect a leader to step up to the plate and bring the country together, not fuel the flames and make things worse. Joe Biden ran on being that guy. In 2017, in the midst of Charlottesville, Biden emerged to tell Americans that there was no better guy in Washington to unite the country. He promised he would fight for what he called the soul of America, and he’d fight for every American, regardless of party or race,” the host of “Jesse Watters Primetime” said Monday.

“But what we’re seeing coming out of this White House is the very last thing Joe Biden promised to do. Today, he made it clear it was never about you. It was always just politics for him,” he added.

“In his first visit to Buffalo, New York, a city mourning after a racist nutjob went on a shooting spree, Joe Biden treated it like it was just another campaign stop where instead of uniting a broken city, he used it to blame America for being complicit in white supremacy,” Watters continued.

Biden was shown in a video clip delivering a speech in which he argued that “silence is complicity” when it comes to the notion of white supremacy.

Watters responded, “So if you don’t talk about white supremacy all day like Democrat politicians, you’re complicit in white supremacy. Got it? And you’re the reason America is failing.”

In the clip, Biden then declared the nation is in the worst shape it’s ever been in his lifetime, to which Watters retorted:

“Joe Biden is admitting that democracy is in its greatest danger point in 80 years while Joe Biden is president and while Democrats control the Senate and the Congress, and after he got elected on a promise to unite the country.”

“Is Biden just reading words on a teleprompter or is he confessing that his presidency is a failure? We have no idea. But does this sound like someone who cares about actually healing the soul of America?” he asked.

“If Joe Biden really cared, he’d go out there and talk about what really fueled this rampage and why it wasn’t stopped,” Watters reasoned. “He’d talk about the failure of school closings that isolated this kid and allowed him to slip into the dark crevices of the internet where he was radicalized. He’d talk about the failure of his own red flag laws.”

He added, “This kid was investigated by his school for being a wannabe school shooter. He was sent to a psych ward and was investigated by police. But he went on a mass shooting anyway.”

“Biden doesn’t talk about the real issues to him, it’s about how he’s going to spin another tragedy into a political cause ahead of the midterms,” Watters contended.

The remainder of the segment contained various clips of Biden and other Democrats desperately trying to connect Buffalo with the Capitol riot of Jan 6, and to former President Donald Trump, and therefore to all white Republicans (but not to white Democrats.)

“Seventy-five percent of the country thinks we’re heading in the wrong direction. Well, who’s leading us there?” Watters noted.

“Americans aren’t going to fall for it. We know when we’re being divided and conquered,” he concluded.

  1. Come November this year, I hope people remember all the wonderful things Joe and the real ruller behind the teleprompters have laid on this country.
It will take Senate and house majorities to remove Biden and Harris. It will take these majorities full strength and energy to remove the AG and other corrupt cabinet members and start to salvage what is left of the country. We as Americans should already be started to reverse Biden’s policies

  2. Biden a Uniter? Are you kidding? Joe has been a fool his entire dishonest partisan career, blurting out the first thought that comes to mind. Now that he has become senile, he has resorted to shouting as he reads. Still thinks he’s talking to cars. Every time an honest reporter has a chance to ask him a question, he should be asked “are you willing to submit to a cognitive test”?

  3. My opinion is that Biden’s entire speech was only a spin job to try and get support for him and the Democrat Party to try and implement their Communist/Socialistic agenda. They need to do this so they can chip away at the Bill of Rights and the Constitution and he would love to end free speech and the rights for people to own guns. My thought is the American People in mass will not fall for his speech or his agenda. I also believe that Obama is not pleased with how Biden has presented his agenda as he is not the spokes person to get the message out to where people will put any faith in what he is saying. Anyone who read this killer’s manifesto would know that this was planned and his mental issues were ignored by both his family and law enforcement as well as people of authority.

  4. “silence is complicity”.
