‘Cake genders’ and Calvin Klein ad top this week’s liberal lunacy

Every time we think we’ve seen the limits of liberal lunacy, the wildly popular Libs of TikTok account on Twitter proves us wrong, and this week’s selection of a woke teacher discussing “dead names,” an explanation of “cake genders” — yes, you read that right — and a Mother’s Day ad from Calvin Klein has been no exception.

In the first example, Libs of TikTok shared a video from a teacher who claims three of her students are transgender.

The emotional teacher states, “this year alone, I have three transgender students, who — the reason why I’m getting emotional — is because if I contact home or anyone, um, outside of my classroom about these students, I have to use their dead name and their, um, assigned-at-birth pronouns and stuff, because it’s not safe for them to be out or their parents have refused to accept them.”

“And the reason they told me–” the teacher continues, “like, for some of them, the only reason why they’re out in my classroom, they’re not even out in other classrooms, is because they saw my ‘they/them’ mug and my ‘they/them’ pens, and so it’s really emotional.”

Twitter was quick to respond:

“How many bad things have happened to kids that start with an adult authority figure saying, ‘Don’t tell your mom and dad?'” asked one user. “Very dangerous thing to allow.”

“Something people need to understand is that there’s a difference between a kid confiding to a teacher and saying, ‘Please don’t tell my parents!’ and a teacher saying, ‘Don’t tell your parents about what we’re doing,'” noted another user.

“In all years, K-12, I never knew what sexual orientation or sexual preference was of my teachers. And I didn’t care,” a third user stated. “Looking back, if they did tell me, I still wouldn’t care.”

“Why can’t they focus on teaching?” the user asked. “No one care[s] about their pronouns or who they sleep with.”

But with all the genders now available to our impressionable youth, it’s actually surprising that woke teachers have time to teach anything else.

Take, for example, “cake gender.”

Yes, it’s apparently a thing, and it falls under the umbrella of the “xenogender” label.

Yup, that’s a thing, too.

“Xenogender,” explains this TikTok-er, is, “a gender that can not typically be described with terms such as ‘masculinity,’ ‘femininity,’ ‘neutrality,’ ‘androgyny’ — things like that.”

“It’s more of not how you relate to a particular gendered experience,” the poster continues, “but more of how you relate to things.”

Like cakes.

“For example,” she says, “cake gender! I know a few people who personally use this. It’s typically described as them feeling light and fluffy or sweet and warm.”

Those with many “layers” or “flavors” to their gender also fall under the “cake gender” description.

The mocking that ensued was merciless.

And if you think “cake gender” is nuts, check out Calvin Klein’s Mother’s Day ad.

Yes, the guys who gave you “heroin chic” in the 90s decided to publish a pregnant person, complete with a beard, essentially daring conservatives not to scream about science.

The ad campaign featured Roberto Bete, a pregnant trans man, and Bete’s partner, a transgender woman, Rebel News reported.

“Just for my own personal sanity…” tweeted Pardes Seleh. “Can someone explain to me whether the people supporting this campaign believe this is actually a pregnant dude, or if they’re just pretending for the game but they secretly know that 1 + 1 = 2 and also dudes can’t get pregnant?”
