Winning Kentucky Derby trainer questioned about derogatory Kamala Harris tweet

Eric Reed, the trainer whose horse, Rich Strike, won the Kentucky Derby despite being quite the long shot, was quizzed by an ESPN host about a derogatory tweet made by an account bearing his name.

The account, @daddyrabbit1964, reportedly tweeted “Heard she’s good on her knees!!” in response to a question by President Donald Trump’s former advisor Sebastian Gorka asking “So what exactly are [Vice President] Kamala [Harris]’s qualifications?”

Because the account had the name “Eric Reed” attached, the trainer was asked about the tweet by John Barr when he visited “Outside the Lines” on Wednesday.

“I haven’t seen anything about it,” he responded simply. “Haven’t been told about it. I don’t know what’s going on out there. I’m more concerned with Richie and what’s going on with us, and this great horse, and how much he’s helping everybody. So, there’s haters out there, and that’s about how I’m gonna leave something like that.”

Social media sleuths went to work to try to find clues pointing to Reed’s guilt:

There were others, however, who don’t care about anything Reed has to say about Harris and believed the horse should be in the spotlight:

  1. Harris would have responded herself, but she’s too busy blowing the men who talked the senile hair-sniffer into naming her as his cheating mate.

  2. The left and its rules wear me out… first, sex is a free for all for them, taking a knee is their “patriotic”, and women are men, and vice versa. So Kamala vaginally elevates her career on her knees and someone agrees on twitter, BOOM !!
“Racist, bigot, mysoginist, homophobe cries abound!!!”
How the HELL are we “deplorables” and ultra-magas to keep it all straight??? TUCKER help!!! We need a monologue to sort it all…..

  3. So what! Whether he tweeted it or not – the statement was actually true. Get a life instead of trying to stir up schitt

  4. ESPN is “supposed” to be a program that reports sports news. Why in the hell are they doing anything with politics.
Besides, the man has a right to his views, regardless of who likes them or not. The segment should have spotlighted the horse winning, not Kamala being on her knees

  5. It’s a valid point considering her first political appointments were gained by sleeping with Willie Brown. I guess you could truly and justifiably call her a political whore.

  6. In FAIRNESS to kamala, we should not be judging her “on knees” ability without testimony from someone who has DIRECT KNOWLEDGE of her abilities!! The House should subpoena Willie Brown and get to the bottom of this – or maybe the DISINFORMATION Gestapo can investigate to make sure that what he posted is or ISN’T DISINFORMATION!! I’m going with – NO SHE’S NOT! As crappy as she has been with everything else, I highly doubt she’d put much effort or gusto into the task!

  7. I had a hundred bucks on the horse to Win . 😁 I don’t care who Kamala sucked off . Maybe I will buy a horse and name it Willie Brown . Not .

  8. WTF happened to ESPN (aka Disney sports)?! I guess it’s infected with woke liberal political b.s. instead of just covering sports. I guess this is what happens when you don’t cover sports worth a crap anymore, right ESPN execs?! Only fools support Kamala-toe and her buddy Brandon anymore so good luck with that and here’s to you losing money, too!

  9. If he gets into trouble with a racing organization over this we’ll know they are kowtowing to the “administration”.

  10. He should have looked him in the eyes and said “I hear you’re good on your knees.”

  11. So what – is that a secret now. Somebody should let ole Willie Brown know.

  12. Nothing derogatory. She is reported to be Willie Browns ho and serviced him for years. Yes even on her knees.

  13. What does one expect from a network that got its original funding from drug dealing? Aside from that, he heard it from Willie Brown, the guy she was on her knees for. And what does that have to do with a horse race besides her and the horse’s face looking similar?

  14. what kind of stupid question was that. reed should have asked the host if he/she agreed.

  15. Often the truth can seem derogatory, but in this case it would seem to be a compliment.

  16. Only about 200 million+ other people have said/typed the same thing. So what?

  17. Maybe ESPN should stick to sports, which they are marginally competent about. They have already stuck their feet in their mouths a number of times trying to be politically ‘cute’!!

  18. WTF ? This is still America and we live by our Bill of Rights and the First Amendment . Tell the Nazis to bugger off !

  19. What’s the big deal here? Kamala admits she slept her way up the political ladder. Now that we have seen more of her it has become obvious why she had to.

  20. Big deal!mif Kamala could do at least something besides cackle like a demented rooster and sit her skanky ass. Frankly , I would let her near my horse or shovel out his stall.
hey it’s a free country. If these punks can bully SCOTUS they can eat horse hockey

  21. Leave to liberal ESPN to make a horse race about politics. And his tweet is correct, it is her only talent, maybe.

  22. He should have told the ESPN paid liar to POUND SAND.

Who cares what a horse trainer says on line?
He is protecteded by the 1st amendment (Except on ESPN?).

  23. Everyone knows about Kamalady’s hardened knees, so hard she don’t need pads.

  24. I read, in Russia, a lady was imprisoned for ‘hate speech’ against her government. Is this what we’re aiming for? I grew up in the 70’s, through now, and never have I witnessed such hatred and vitriol coming for the left. Social media has become the downfall of our world.

  25. C’mon, People…that Tweet deserves a lot of attention…it might lead to the end of the world as we know it!

  26. Nobody cares espn but hey give it a try you might find some sorry dem who will side with that wreck of a politician!
