Mass. DoE says kids can use whatever bathrooms they want, if you have a problem with it? Get help.

Libs of TikTok is still at it, exposing the insanity of the left and specifically their gender ideology and how it affects children.

A recent post by the account contains screenshots from the Massachusetts Department of Education’s official website outlining their policy on transgender students and their access to bathrooms in schools.

The official ruling? Any kid can use any bathroom they want as long as they claim it validates their gender identity.

“All students are entitled to have access to restrooms, locker rooms and changing facilities that are sanitary, safe, and adequate, so they can comfortably and fully engage in their school program and activities,” the statement reads.

“In all cases, the principal should be clear with the student (and parent) that the student may access the restroom, locker room, and changing facility that corresponds to the student’s gender identity,” it continues.

Despite wanting students to feel “safe” and comfortable, the next screenshot appears to contradict that sentiment, at least if the student doesn’t feel “safe” or comfortable with having students of different genders in their bathroom.

“Some students may feel uncomfortable with a transgender student using the same sex-segregated restroom, locker room or changing facility. This discomfort is not a reason to deny access to the transgender student,” the statement admonishes. “School administrators and counseling staff should work with student to address the discomfort and to foster understanding of gender identity, to create a school culture that respects and values all students.”

Basically, accept that boys are gonna be in the same locker room as you, or go to the re-education center so they can explain to you why your feelings are wrong, but their feelings aren’t.

It was literally only “smoking in the boys room” when I was a teen. And I’m telling you, you tell a teen with hormones they can share bathroom space, they are going to take advantage in ways that are not ok
