Now that most mask mandates have been removed from businesses, a large segment of the population including employees have been opting out of wearing them.
For normal people, this symbolizes a blessed return to the pre-pandemic status quo which is something we were promised during “two weeks to flatten the curve.” Others haven’t been able to adapt to the new (and old) reality.
Exhibit A: This elderly man who threatened a Costco employee with pepper spray and then shoved him.
