DNC chair’s derogatory term for Gov DeSantis does NOT go over well

While talking to the “Stephanie Miller’s Happy Hour” podcast on Friday, Democrat National Committee chairman Jaime Harrison railed against Republicans, and specifically called out Florida Governor Ron DeSantis as a “little devil.”

The comments came as DeSantis officially stripped Disney World of its special privileges, which allowed the massive theme park to govern itself. This occurred as Disney railed against the state’s Parental Rights in Education law, which many on the left disingenuously dubbed the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, and publically condemned the legislation. It was a move that critics saw as a desperate attempt to appease the LGBT community.

Harrison was not a big fan of this move and insulted DeSantis with seemingly no pushback from the podcast’s host.

“You look at the little devil in Florida DeSantis, who is going against Disney World,” Harrison said. “If you rip Disney World out of Florida, who’s going?”

The clip didn’t garner Harrison or the left much sympathy on social media:

But this isn’t the first time that Harrison has experimented with insulting Republicans for simply disagreeing with him.

Earlier in April, he referred to Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, as a “little maggot-infested man” over comments about then-Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Cotton said that he believed Judge Jackson would have “gone to Nuremberg to defend the Nazis rather than prosecute them,” as BizPac Review previously reported.

“It shows you who this little maggot-infested man is. He does not deserve to have that pin. He doesn’t deserve to be in the United States Senate representing the good people of Arkansas,” Harrison announced, once again to no pushback from the hosts.

“He put his hand on the Bible, took an Oath of Office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and he uses it as a play toy,” he continued. “That is the Republican Party we see today. It is a party built on fraud, fear and fascism.”

  7. Is it me, but why do Democrats always call people they don’t know or like, mean and obscene names? I understand people with low mental capacities, use vile language. At least this makes them easier to identify and generally avoidable.

  8. American politics is quickly going down the drain. Where else do you hear on such a regular basis (almost daily) people denigrating and slanderizng each other just because of party affiliation or political, economic philosophy. Disgusting, vile, unprofessional behavior.

They are not used to and don’t like us fighting back thus calling us every everything they are. Would you rather we lie down and take it like Canada, New Zealand, Australia and some Euro countries which are for all practical purposes fast becoming whipped Marxist dog countries bowing to the new world order. We may be the last hope for real liberty, free speech, etc.
