Ratcliffe expects Durham’s indictments to blow up based on still-classified documents

Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe suggested that based on the evidence he’s seen, “a lot more indictments” should be imminent in connection with special counsel John Durham’s “Russiagate” investigation that ties former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s campaign to the now-debunked Steele dossier compiled to discredit former President Donald Trump.

“I expect there to be a lot more indictments to be forthcoming from John Durham besides the ones that have trickled out so far. And that’s based upon documents, some of which — many of which are not yet declassified,” Ratcliffe said on “The Charlie Kirk Show” last week.

“I always felt that there were a lot of people responsible for what was a hoax perpetrated on the American public, intending to mislead them about Donald Trump and relations with Russians that didn’t exist,” Ratcliffe said. “And Michael Sussmann is just one of many people all the way from other folks involved with the Clinton campaign to the DNC, to independent folks like Christopher Steele to even folks in the FBI that perpetuated what they knew to be a false narrative for a period of time.”

“The coordinated effort here that took place in 2016 was wide and broad. I think it involved folks in the Clinton campaign, in the Democratic national party, elected officials, media officials, folks that coordinated — intelligence community officials, and on down the line,” he asserted.

“I’m not saying that every single one of those folks have criminal liability or exposure. I’m just saying this was a very coordinated effort and the more and more the public finds out about the things that I’ve seen that remain classified, they’ll be more and more appalled by those efforts in 2016,” the 56-year-old attorney said.

“There are folks that had access to classified information that didn’t have the clearances to see that, and saw it in places that were not secure,” he added.

Ratcliffe called the operation a “coordinated political effort” and suggested the bottom line was that the goal was to “influence the outcome of a presidential election.”

Despite his confident predictions, patience was wearing thin on social media users waiting for the much-anticipated indictments that only appear to be trickling in, and as one person noted, the clock could be ticking on the statute of limitations.

But others were skeptical that any significant findings would be revealed and deemed it a conspiracy theory.

  1. I wanted Durham to be thorough, but DAMN!!!! This is taking forever.
    MAGAA Trump 2024 (or sooner)

  2. Like the Mueller investigation, the Durham investigation is just another sham. All kabuki theater protecting the political elites, so when the final verdict comes down, and everyone walks, they can say that the exhaustive investigation did not find enough incriminating evidence to indict. Crooked Hillary, Obama & friends, live under a different set of laws than the common man.

    1. Except unlike the Mueller investigation 7 people brought before the grand jury have pleaded the 5th Durham is still fishing for those willing to make a deal to become states evidence.

  3. If heads were going to roll they would have rolled by now.
The Rope -a – Dope will continue till it fades from the news cycle.
    We won’t forget it, though.

  4. All docs should be declassified- the American people deserve to know especially since Biden , Obama and Clinton are involved

  5. All the major Democrats have plausible deniability because they never do anything themselves, they always go through 3rd parties. What will indictments result in, is the question. Very little, because most evidence was destroyed years ago, and it will take years for anything to happen, maybe after the statute of limitations runs out.

  6. They don’t have to wait on those who had illegal access to classified material, unless they want all the charges associated attached.

  7. I as well as a large majority of Americans would like to know about the indictments. Are they real or some more political BS, which seems to be the case.
