Democrats who love to pound their chests over defending democracy seem prepared to use every dirty trick in the book to prevent voters in Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s congressional district from participating in a free and fair election this year when the unapologetic conservative will be up for reelection.
In a move that is as despicable and dastardly as it gets, a group of Georgia voters along with activists and their out-of-state attorneys have filed a lawsuit to block Greene from the ballot, using an obscure Civil War-era provision of the 14th Amendment to disqualify her based on the pretense that she supported an insurrection, in this case, the January 6, 2021 protest at the U.S. Capitol that went badly awry and has since been used as an excuse for Democrats to attack their political foes.
Greene appeared with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson on Monday’s edition of his popular show where she discussed the sick plot that anti-democracy Democrats have reportedly concocted against her and send a message that some of the party’s own politicians could become fair game.
“So they’re trying to prevent voters from voting for you, how is that democracy?” Carlson asked.
“Well it’s not Tucker, that’s the thing,” replied Greene. “These people hate the people in my district so much, they look down on them because they voted for me and sent me to Washington to fight for the things that most Americans care about like secure borders, stopping abortion, protecting our Second Amendment, stopping the out of control spending in Washington and stop funding never ending foreign wars and the insanity that takes place in Washington.”
“Well, I went there and I have been fighting it, and now the progressives, the people who donate money to dark money groups, you know the 501(c)(3)s and the foundations, they’ve hired up some attorneys from New York who hate the people in my district and don’t believe they should have the right to elect who they want to send to Washington which is me,” she continued.
“I have overwhelming support in my district and I’m so thankful for all of them,” MTG said. “Well, now they’ve filed a lawsuit because they’re trying to rip my name off of the ballot and steal my district’s ability to reelect me and send me back to Congress.”
Carlson responded, “So if you can prevent voters from being allowed to vote for the candidate of their choice which is their constitutional right, then the system’s over.”
“Is the Republican Party, with all four paws jumping in to help you?” Carlson asked.
“Not yet, I’m on my own to defend myself,” Greene replied. “Wonderful people are donating to my campaign, mtgforamerica.com and I’m so grateful for that, but I have to protect myself. I have to go to court on Friday and actually be questioned about something I’ve never been charged with and something I was completely against.”
“And so this is how far it’s going,” she added, ‘these leftists, these progressives who would rather want… they’d rather have the judge or bureaucrats making decisions instead of voters, they want to hand that over to them and not let the people in my district even have the right to vote for me.”
“The Republican Party needs to fight harder, Tucker,” she said. “You know, there’s something that I have learned and I think that this is really important, you know if you can challenge any representative’s candidacy or elected office holder, then I bet you we could roundup some Republican voters who didn’t like Kamala Harris funding rioters, criminal rioters out of jail or Ilhan Omar or Cori Bush or Maxine Waters inciting riots.”
“You know, I think there’s another way to play this game,” she said, putting Democrats on notice.
“American citizens have a right to vote for anyone they want to cause its their government it’s self-government and if you take that away it’s tyranny,” Carlson said.

If they call Jan 6 an “insurrection”, what do the TRUMP HOAXES inspired COUPS qualify as?? Maybe there should be NO DEMOCRATS left on ANY ballots!!
The Republicans wonder why donations are down they let the good ones stand alone and don’t fight the dims with the vigor they go after them. Republican politicians are moving to far left and leaving true conservatives without a party.
Jan6 was not an insurrection, it was a peaceful demonstration infiltrated by Pelosi hired thugs and corrupt FBI scum to cause trouble. Whoever this group is they should be investigated as possible treasonous and offshore sponsored (China/Russia) rabble. If MTG is kept off the ballot I hope her constituents are bold enough to reelect her as a write in!!

The legal cure: It is a frivolous suit, and it constitutes disparagement of profession – within the definition of slander-per-se. The action is a countersuit claiming punitive damages, along with an interrogatory for establishing their finances in support of the suit. A filed legal action is not protected as fair comment.

Since there was no insurrection, only Nancy Pelosi and her talking points, distributed to all democrats now being called a coup by extremely desperate far left democrats. Maybe it was, but executed by Nazi Pelosi. She refused the 20,000 National Guard troops offered 2 days before by President Trump, and then the 2500 on standby during her riot. She had her minions start the riot and encourage it, except her timetable to make sure there was no vote forced her people to start the riot 20 minutes before the President finished speaking several miles away. She didn’t call the guard and refused to allow Metro DC police to be brought in to back up the Capitol police because she could not have her people, and the other FBI plants, being caught up in the arrests. There was no insurrection, so the law, which was overturned in 1872, has no standing here. FJB
So, now you only have to be accused by our opponents of being an “insurrectionist,” without being actually proven guilty in a Court of Law, to cause Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to be called into play.

Voting is no answer to treason and coup d’etat by enemies of our nation. That’s just more adjusting YOU to the new “NORMAL”. The people need to establish a REAL new normal, and that is an AMERICA with no treasoners left alive. Plain and simple. Until that happens, it’s just one big gulag, in the larger Global Slave Camp. Mere “political solutions” do not exist for what ails us now. That’s what got us here in the first place.
I don’t understand how voting is not an answer – w/o voting, we have no voice. Open & fair voting, every legal vote counted, no computer counting, at least 4 people counting & confirming each ballot (I actually prefer 5 – 2 of each party and a paralegel or lawyer under oath) for the final talleys. What are you trying to say?
