The action in the stands at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena was far more violent than on the actual ice when a fan ended up on the receiving end of a violent bludgeoning after he allegedly put his hands on a woman, resulting in his being beaten to a bloody pulp in front of horrified fans.

Video of the brutal beatdown that went down during Thursday’s NHL contest between the hometown Toronto Maple Leafs and the Washington Capitals has gone viral on social media where it continues to rack up views and comments.

In the recording of the one-sided scuffle, a young man wearing a blue jersey with the name and number of Maple Leafs captain John Tavares is seen lunging at an older fan on the arena stairs, pinning him to the floor and proceeding to land multiple blows to the head, smashing his glasses as fans tried to intervene.

“I will f**king kill you,” the younger man was heard saying multiple times during the altercation, “You can’t touch a girl like that,” he said as fans and security tried to break it up.

“I’m not a fighter, but don’t f***ing touch me,” he said as he was being held back.

The older man who was bleeding from the head was helped to his feet after the fight was broken up.

Twitter users offered up their takes on the mauling.

While the video is an incomplete version of what happened, one social media user posted an account from someone who claims to have been there.

The ugly pummeling took place in the same building where bad boy former Maple Leafs player Tie Domi prowled the ice, cracking skulls and racking up an eye-popping 3,515 penalty minutes which ranks third in the all-time NHL rankings but still lags behind Dave “Tiger” Williams, also a former enforcer for Toronto.

Tiger Williams never got a chance to play at Scotiabank Arena, instead bloodying the ice at the old Maple Leaf Gardens where he struck terror into the hearts of opponents during his time with the team.

The high-flying Maple Leafs who currently hold a four point lead over the Stanley Cup champion for second place in the Eastern Conference’s Atlantic Division, pulverized the Capitals 7-3.

  1. I recommend everyone to read Real Anthony Fauci by Bobby Kennedy Jr. On chapther 3 he explains how Ivermectin could have saved 80 percent of deaths Worldwide. This book have opened my eyes. I now know that, 90% of all medicine is not for anything else than profit for them. Low profit and effective medicines are bashed and marketed as ineffective because they go against their narrative and profit plans. One of them is wonder drug Ivermectin. I see that everyday people search for it but can’t find a place to obtain. You can get yours by visiting ivmcures.com

  2. Slap me and I’ll slap you right back, your “gender” notwithstanding.

  3. Well I guess the sports fans of the NHL got their moneys worth. Besides, thats what most of them go there for anyways. Stupid people. , what do you expect around a bunch of drunks anyways.

  4. Seems like the rude girl started this whole thing. She committed battery upon the old man, and he responded, defending himself from the rude, obnoxious bitch. The old man’s lawyers are going to have a field day with this one

  5. People are angry some are entitled, and all have lost their ability to be courteous and kind but that is what you get when those who are governing us are hateful, divisive and downright lawless and mean!

  6. The girl gave the guy the finger and smacked him in his face. She should have been the one pummeled.

    1. If I had an obnoxious girl shouting in my face then hit me in the face ,my first response would be a quick punch in return .
      Called self defence .

  7. From what I read, the girl wasn’t innocent in her behavior and goaded the bigger man and gave him the finger, as she passed, and even slapped him. He then used his arm to butt her out of his space. Both to blame.

  8. Suggestion to Older Guy – Keep your hands off of other people’s women. Things could end badly.

    1. you need to read the article; the big guy would not move bc the girl and her boyfriend want to leave, she asked him to move but he would not, she gave him the middle finger to his face then slapped him and that’s when the big guy punched her then her boyfriend punched him!
People are angry bc our gov have put us through and continue to put us through hell.

    2. The other guy’s woman hit the old man first. She should be told to keep her hands off old men.

    3. Advice to the other set of men, Keep your roudy biotches under control. Lots of women just love it when they can get a fight started. P.S. Teach them some manners and teach them how to act in public, or just leave them at home.

  9. Funny they should mention Tie Domi. I liked watching him on the ice. I remember one game in Philadelphia where Domi was in the penalty box, and someone said the wrong thing to him. He climbed over the glass and landed on the “fan” and started throwing punches. Maybe this kid learned something from that.
