Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) expressed outrage at Republicans trying to “police who is a woman” by recognizing womanhood through biological facts while many in President Joe Biden’s administration have declined to offer up a definition of what the term “woman” means.
“How is it that the party who believes corporations are people are suddenly trying to police who is a woman and who isn’t?” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted on Friday.
“These are the same people who think Arby’s is a legal human being. I don’t see them assigning genders to their shady little LLCs,” the waitress turned political activist wrote. “Give me a break.”

But even the left was having a hard time figuring out what neurons were firing in her brain. One person commented, “The Arby’s comment makes no sense. And I’m on your side.”

Wow it’s almost like two completely different issues require you to think in two completely different ways.

Though Ocasio-Cortez has been known for making some pretty asinine statements like in 2019 when she claimed that planting cauliflower was racist, one person on social media questioned if this was actually the dumbest argument she had ever made.
You know, you don’t have to tweet *every* thought you have.

This might be the dumbest argument she has ever made, and that’s saying something. https://t.co/YhYcFPoQzt

Others shot back at the 32-year-old U.S. Representative from New York, noting that many people didn’t find gender determination quite so difficult.
***WARNING: Language***
Uhhh…I think you need to do another assessment on this. You’re gonna be surprised by the number of people who ARENT confused about what a woman is.

Translation: I haven’t done shit since I’ve been elected, so I’m going to virtue signal to a few rich gay people and see if I can squeeze in some votes there by midterms.

Ocasio-Cortez’s commentary comes just weeks after President Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson refused to define what a “woman” is during the confirmation hearings in the Senate.

Several other top officials in the Biden administration also avoided providing a definition of a “woman,” according to Fox News Digital who reached out to the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the Department of Education in search of their respective agencies’ definitions.
Although all four have programs geared towards assisting “women,” not a single agency provided a definition.
