As he was visiting Ukrainian refugees in Poland, President Joe Biden took time to unabashedly flirt with a young Ukrainian woman named Victoria, hugging her, rubbing her shoulders, and asking who she owes her “beautiful eyes to.”
The incident took place Saturday morning while he visited the PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw, Poland, prior to giving a major address. Biden was there to meet and mingle with refugees who have fled war-torn Ukraine. He was swarmed by reporters as he talked with refugees.
But the refugee who caught his wandering eye the most was Victoria, who was reportedly there to help other refugees.
The president hugged her and said, “God love you.” Then he rubbed her shoulders and kept his hands there as he spoke to the young volunteer.
I visited Ukrainian refugees who have fled to Poland this afternoon. You don’t need to speak the same language to feel the roller-coaster of emotions in their eyes. I want to thank my friend Chef José Andrés, his team, and the people of Warsaw for opening your hearts to help. pic.twitter.com/VU3Oe0EXAL

He asked a translater, “How do you say, in Ukrainian, who do you owe those beautiful eyes to?”
“Your father or your mother? Who had the eyes?” Biden asked a seemingly stunned Victoria.
“Her mother,” the translator responded.
“Mother’s eyes. You owe mama very big. You owe mama,” Biden cooed at the girl. He then moved on to mingle with other volunteers and refugees.

Biden was also scheduled to meet with the mayor of Warsaw, but it is doubtful there was a similar physical interaction in that get-together.
“The President will meet with refugees at PGE Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw, Poland. He will engage with Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki and Mayor of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski to learn about assistance and services that Warsaw and Poland are providing to Ukrainians who have fled Putin’s war of choice, and with nongovernmental providers of humanitarian services, such as World Central Kitchen. This visit will be covered by the out-of-town pool,” the White House schedule stated.
Biden’s address will reportedly be “on the united efforts of the free world to support the people of Ukraine, hold Russia accountable for its brutal war, and defend a future that is rooted in democratic principles.”
It is slated to take place at the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Poland.
Pretty incredible view from a Ukraine solidarity demo in the middle of Warsaw, where Biden is spending the night. Ukrainian refugees led thousands in singing their anthem, also laid down in the square symbolizing the fallen. pic.twitter.com/AQBPKBuoIt

Following the half-an-hour handsy meet and greet with refugees, Biden spoke with reporters, calling Russian President Vladimir Putin a “butcher.”
“It’s incredible to see all those little children just wanted a, just want to hug, just want to say thanks. I mean there, I mean, it’s, and it just makes you so damn proud. And they are wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. And you know, the Ukrainian people are… Each one of those children said something to effect, say a prayer for my dad, for my grandfather or my brother. Who’s back there fighting. And I remember what it’s like when you have someone in a war zone, every morning you get up and you wonder, you just wonder, you pray you don’t get that phone call. And they’re an amazing group of people,” Biden babbled.
“What do you make? How does this make you of (inaudible) cities like Mariupol?” a reporter asked the president.
“They got nothing. I met two people from Mariupol. It’s, it’s astounding,” he commented.
“You see this and you’re, you know, you’re dealing every day with Vladimir Putin. And you look at what he’s done to these people. What does it make you think?” the reporter pressed.
“He’s a butcher,” Biden responded, further inflaming tensions.

Earlier, Biden outrageously compared the Ukrainian refugee crisis to the border catastrophe in the United States.
“We do acknowledge that Poland is taking on a significant responsibility that I don’t think should just be Poland, it should be the whole world—all of NATO’s responsibility. The fact that you have so many Ukrainians seeking refuge in this country of Poland, we understand that because we have on our southern border thousands of people a day—literally, not figuratively—trying to get to the United States.”
