The Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson continued on Tuesday and her grilling by Senate Judiciary Committee Republicans already has Democrats and their army of leftist media goons crying foul and throwing around accusations of racism, including one MSNBC guest who accused Senator Ted Cruz of committing a hate crime.

President Joe Biden’s first nominee to the high court was put on the spot over her views on Critical Race Theory, the left’s racist dogma that has swept the land, fueling a dangerous climate that condones anti-white racism, promotes a bastardized version of the nation’s history and champions re-segregation. The toxic teachings are now culturally ascendant and have taken root in corporate boardrooms, classrooms, and the media.

With the 51-year-old D.C. Appeals Court judge being put into a position where she will influence the decisions that shape America for the next several decades if she is confirmed to the SCOTUS, it is critical that Republicans get answers on whether she will base her future decisions on constitutional law rather than the writings of the likes of Ibram X. Kendi and Nikole Hannah-Jones whose work has been instrumental in mainstreaming CRT.

During his questioning, Cruz confronted Brown Jackson after she denied that Critical Race Theory had any influence on her work as a judge, presenting a quote from a 2015 speech that contradicted her.

“But I’ve never studied Critical Race Theory and I’ve never used it, it doesn’t come up in my work as a judge,” she said.

“So with respect, I find that a curious statement because you gave a speech in April of 2015 at the University of Chicago in which you described the job you do as a judge and you said sentencing is just plain interesting because it melts together myriad types of law, criminal law, of course constitutional law, critical race theory,” Cruz said as a giant placard of KBJ’s words was presented.

“So you described, in a speech to a law school, what you are doing is Critical Race Theory so I would ask, what did you mean by that when you gave that speech?” the Texas Republican asked.

Brown Jackson responded, “The quote that you are mentioning there was about sentencing policy. It was not about sentencing. I was talking about the policy determinations of bodies like the Sentencing Commission when they look at a laundry list of various academic subjects as they consider what the policy should be.”

Cruz persisted but was unable to get a straight answer from Biden’s historic nominee.

He also asked her whether she believed that babies are racist, a reprehensible idea put forth in one of Kendi’s books that is taught at a private Georgetown day school where she sits on the board.

The idea that she would have to answer such questions infuriated many, including MSNBC guest Chai Komanduri who, during a panel discussion on Tuesday’s edition of “The Beat,” claimed that the only reason why Brown Jackson was being questioned on CRT is because of her skin color and also accused Cruz of committing a hate crime.

“Quite frankly, it looked like I saw Ted Cruz commit a hate crime, in that hearing room. It was McCarthyism at its worst,” said Komanduri.

“He wants to gin up white grievance, him and Marsha Blackburn, the GOP want to gin up white grievance, ahead of the midterm and link Judge Jackson to that cause. It’s really, frankly, was disgusting and ugly to watch,” he added.

Leftists also decried a tweet from the Republican National Committee featuring a gif tying Brown Jackson to CRT, angrily stabbing their fingers into their device screens to wail in outrage.

Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas condemned the RNC, tweeting, “Shameful! Whoever or whatever provoked this racial attack should be exposed for their divisive wrong-headed attack! Judge Brown-Jackson believes in equal justice in America! She is a Patriot who loves this country! Stop this racial attack! Now! Enough is Enough! GOP starting up their meritless smears!!”

“Pure unadulterated racism,” spat MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan.

“Repugnant,” whined writer Jason Miller.

“This is the Southern Strategy of Nixon run by the 2022 @GOP. In the memo outlying the strategy, Pat Buchanan wrote it was necessary because Nixon had failed to attract Black votes & leveraging white anger & fear would drive more votes. Nothing has changed,” wrote Stuart Stevens, co-founder of the disgraced Lincoln Project as he kicked a dead man in a historical reference that will be lost on the vast majority of Twitter users.

“I think this tweet is literally just pointing out that she’s Black,” tweeted the editor in chief for f leftist website Jezebel.

The hearings will continue on Wednesday and will almost certainly provide more material for Democrats and leftists to distort and portray legitimate questions as an attack on Ketanji Brown Jackson’s race.
