Fox News contributor Joe Concha joined “Fox and Friends First” on Tuesday and ripped Vice President Kamala Harris for being the unqualified and incapable politician she is.

At a speech in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana on Monday, the Veep appeared to have a scratch in the grooves of her mind as she rambled incoherently about a library tour she had taken with Louisiana Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards.

At almost every opportunity for locution, Harris proves time and again she doesn’t know what to do with those tossed-word salads and scrambled eggs. The confusing recounting of her library tour, however, was beset by her own repetition as well.

“The governor and I, and we were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time. So when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs,” Harris said. “And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children.”

When “Border Czar” Harris gets away from the teleprompter, “it never ends well,” Concha remarked.

For his part, Rep. Austin Scott (R-GA) zeroed in the fact that Harris has, by all appearances, forsaken her charge of the southern border and tweeted in response to her speech, “Biden really should get her permission to put someone else in charge of border security. There has been too much passage of time with nothing being done.”

Concha observed that the Veep seems to have a childlike admiration for the concept of time. She had said when asked about the administration’s COVID policies in January that “It is time for us to do what we have been doing, and that time is every day. Every day, it is time for us to agree that there are things and tools that are available to us to slow this thing down.”

Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich concurred during a segment with Fox News’s Sean Hannity on Monday following Harris’s Louisiana speech along with the news that yet another staffer – the tenth so far – has resigned their post on the vice president’s team.

“You are reminded again today that that reason is the vice president. She’s not only totally incoherent — You know, he [Biden] may or may not have cognitive decline problems at his age, but at her age, she’s just dumb,” he declared.

“If you were her national security adviser, and you were competent, and you’d worked hard, and you knew what you were doing, and you watched her in Poland break-up laughing when she’s asked about Ukrainian refugees, you had to feel a sense of total humiliation,” he continued. “So I’m not surprised that that particular adviser resigned because it’s very clear that Kamala Harris should never, ever be allowed to leave the country.”

Harris appears to be taking a lead from White House press secretary Jen Psaki (or vice-versa) when it comes to fielding questions by rote. During the “Fox and Friends First” segment, the hosts also played a montage of the gasoline-haired spin doctor tiresomely repeating one of her many go-to phrases, saying that from political adversaries at home to enemy countries abroad, everyone needs to decide where they want to be “as the history books are written.”

Fox News analyst and long-time political commentator Brit Hume summed up the Kamala Harris phenomenon with aplomb:
