The political left, which is determined to stamp out free speech, is counting on the influx of a brainwashed younger generation into positions of power where they will one day snuff out the last vestiges of what has been the cornerstone of American principles since the nation’s founding.
In the latest example of how the entitled youth that has been weaponized against constitutional principles continue to be churned out by college indoctrination mills, students at Yale University Law School harassed speakers at a bipartisan panel on civil liberties with the atmosphere in the room becoming so menacing that police were called to escort panel members away from the mob.
The event, which took place on March 10, was hosted by the Yale Federalist Society and featured speakers Monica Miller of the American Humanist Association, an organization whose motto is “good without a god,” and Kristen Waggoner of Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a conservative group that promotes religious liberty.
The panel’s purpose was to “illustrate that a liberal atheist and a conservative Christian could find common ground on free speech issues,” according to a member of the Federalist Society who is quoted in a Washington Free Beacon story on the fracas.
“It was pretty much the most innocuous thing you could talk about,” he said.
More than 100 student activists showed up to protest against Waggoner and the nonprofit ADF which made arguments at the Supreme Court on the behalf of a Colorado baker who had his life turned upside down after he declined to make a gay wedding cake during a 2018 case that received national attention.
When Waggoner was introduced, the mob which was masked and holding signs went wild, not allowing her to be heard and at one point, threatening her physically with one student shouting that she would “literally fight you, bitch,” as the future lawyers, educators and judges brayed insults and shut down an event that was intended to promote freedom of speech.

Prior to the event, anti-free activists distributed their hateful propaganda in the form of flyers that accused everyone in attendance of being complicit in attacks on LGBT people both in the U.S. and globally.
Merely attending the panel was portrayed as an act of bigotry. Before the event got underway, activists littered the room with flyers denouncing everyone in the audience.

“Providing a veneer of respectability is part of what allows this group to do work that attacks the very lives of LGBTQ people in the U.S. & globally,” the flyers said. “Through your attendance you are personally complicit, along with the Federalist Society, in platforming and legitimizing this hate group.”
If the intent was to whip the mob up into a rage it worked with police being called to intervene in order to protect the panelists from being assaulted.
“Police were forced to escort the guest speakers from Yale Law School’s free speech debate after more than 100 students intimidated the conservative panelist by yelling they would ‘literally fight you, b***h’ and caused a riot in the auditorium by blocking the hall’s exits,” the Daily Mail reported.

“Yale Law students are our future attorneys, judges, legislators, and corporate executives,” Waggoner told the Free Beacon. “We must change course and restore a culture of free speech and civil discourse at Yale and other law schools, or the future of the legal profession in America is in dire straits.”
