Outgoing Rep. Adam Kinzinger, a man who delights in talking tough and punching down has equated any dissent to foreign wars, especially the one in Ukraine, as being akin to treason and that those who speak out are supporting Russian leader Vladimir Putin, earning the “tough guy” a stinging rebuke from Tucker Carlson.

The Illinois congressman had strong words for UFC fighter Bryce Mitchell after a video of him obliterating the wars championed by politicians like Kinzinger went viral, earning him a chance to be interviewed by the Fox News ratings king, who has frequently clashed with the Trump-hating turncoat who is one of Nancy Pelosi’s Republican pets on her sham 1/6 committee.

In his video, Mitchell proclaimed, “I’m not going nowhere to fight none of these wars for these politicians. I’m staying at home, and when the war comes to Arkansas, I will dig my boots in the ground, and I will die for everything I love, and I will not retreat,”

That along with his appearance on Carlson’s show tripped “tough guy” Kinzinger’s trigger, sending him to Twitter where he wrote,  “Oh my Lord. This is America. By the way “I’ll fight when the war comes to Arkansas…” WHAT??”

“The WW2 generation would love to slap him I’m sure,” he added, invoking the tiresome World War II comparison constantly used by neocons and the left, “Way to go @TuckerCarlson. This is a new way to support Putin without being so obvious.”

Kinzinger’s Twitter tirade was shot down in flames by Carlson who, during Wednesday’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” put the wood to the Pelosi’s “tiny-minded” collaborator.

“You may have noticed that everyone you see on TV has exactly the same opinion of Ukraine, in fact exactly the same opinion of everything,” he began. “Those opinions are formed on Twitter which you probably don’t use since you don’t work in journalism, thank God.”

“But then they are repeated to the public who are expected to assume those opinions as well, thinking for yourself is no longer allowed,” he continued. “It’s interesting to talk to people who are outside of that closed information loop, rational, clearheaded people whose priorities are their family and the country.”

“And that’s why last night we spoke to a man called Bryce Mitchell, he’s a cattle farmer, UFC fighter, he’s from the state of Arkansas,” Carlson said, “and he articulated very clearly, with no pretense at all why a lot of people in this country have no interest in fighting a war against Russia over Ukraine,” teeing up a clip of the patriotic fighter who was shamelessly smeared by Kinzinger.

“So Bryce Mitchell is not a coward, we can establish that right there, he’s a UFC fighter,” he said. “Second, he said very clearly, there’s no reason not to believe him, he’d be happy to die, it would be an honor he said to die for the people and country that he loves. He does not want to die in a war obscure country in eastern Europe he can’t find on a map.”

“That’s a very simple principle, it’s a time-honored principle, not just on this country, but in every other country, you send people to war when your real interests are threatened,” Carlson continued.

“But in Washington, that idea is heresy,” Carlson added.

“These are the people who are about to spend another $15 billion in American tax money not on Texas, not on fixing homelessness, not on helping the families whose children who have died of fentanyl overdoses because of the open border that we have,” he said, “but they’re gonna send it to defense contractors to defend a country’s border on the other side of the world.”

“So, people like the man you just saw,” he said, referring to Mitchell, “are a huge threat to the tiny-minded members of Congress like Adam Kinzinger who are doing things that do not serve this country in any way. So Kinzinger was completely triggered by that interview and he went on Twitter and wrote this,” he added, showing images of the congressman’s tweets on the screen.

“Really, where are these men and women who are far braver than the man we interviewed last night?” Carlson asked. “We would love to know. Adam Kinzinger is always invited on the show. Any time. We will give him the hour. Mr. Tough guy.”

Carlson has invited Kinzinger to appear on his show a number of times but he has yet to take him up on the offer.
