Special counsel John Durham’s investigation has confirmed that a Perkins Coie lawyer working for failed 2016 Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton colluded with “tech executive 1” at “Internet company 1” to access former President Donald Trump’s internet data both before and after he took office.
In fact, it even included the monitoring of Trump’s White House Internet traffic.
Responding to this genuine bombshell Saturday, both former President Trump and his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., called for immediate consequences, particularly for Clinton.
The former president essentially accused Clinton of having committed treason, writing that in prior times, such a crime “would have been punishable by death.”
“This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death. In addition, reparations should be paid to those in our country who have been damaged by this,” Trump said.

The Clinton lawyer, Michael Sussman of Perkins Coie, was already indicted late last year for having fed the FBI seemingly “evidence”-backed (but ultimately spurious) allegations about Trump first in September of 2016 and then again in February of 2017. FYI, he resigned from Perkins Coie immediately after being indicted.
In a court filing submitted on Friday, Feb. 11th, related to “potential conflicts of interest arising from the representation of the defendant [Sussmann] by his current counsel,” Durham offered new details on how exactly the “evidence” was uncovered.
“Tech Executive-1 exploited his access to non-public and/or proprietary Internet data. Tech Executive-1 also enlisted the assistance of researchers at a U.S.-based university who were receiving and analyzing large amounts of Internet data in connection with a pending federal government cybersecurity research contract,” the filing reads.
“Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia. In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain ‘VIPs,’ referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign.”
The specific Internet data that was mined included the Internet traffic of “(i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP).”
They didn’t just spy on Donald Trump’s campaign.
They spied on Donald Trump as sitting President of the United States.

This was possible because “Internet company 1” had “come to access and maintain dedicated servers” for the EOP as “part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP.”
“Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump,” the filing reads.
In Sussman’s first meeting two months before the 2016 election, he used the illegally obtained data to make the case to federal authorities that it “might be evidence of a covert communications channel between computer servers associated with the Trump Organization and with Alfa Bank, a Kremlin-linked Russian financial institution,” as reported by The New York Times.
This claim was eventually found to be bunk.
Then in February of 2017, Sussman argued to federal authorities that the president’s White House Internet traffic “demonstrated that Trump and/or his associates were using supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones in the vicinity of the White House and other locations.”
This allegation was also found to be bunk.
The data, however, was found to be legitimate — illegitimately obtained, but legitimate, in that it was genuine White House Internet traffic data.
They were spying on the internet connections of a healthcare provider, Trump Tower, Trump’s apartment building, and the executive office, all to find dirt on Trump.

Former Rep. Devin Nunes’ aide Kash Patel, who was reportedly the author of the Nunes Memo, and who later went on to work in the Trump administration, responded to Durham’s filing Saturday by saying it “definitively shows that the Hillary Clinton campaign directly funded and ordered its lawyers at Perkins Coie to orchestrate a criminal enterprise to fabricate a connection between President Trump and Russia.”
“Per Durham, this arrangement was put in motion in July of 2016, meaning the Hillary Clinton campaign and her lawyers masterminded the most intricate and coordinated conspiracy against Trump when he was both a candidate and later President of the United States while simultaneously perpetuating the bogus Steele Dossier hoax,” he said in a statement to Fox News., adding that he believed the lawyers colluded to “infiltrate” Trump Tower as well as the White House servers.
