Ian Andrew Zearley, 40, who is a registered sex offender and the president of the “Pedophile Associates of America,” has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after images depicting the sexual abuse of children were found in his possession for the second time.

When his home was searched, investigators found electric shock equipment, a ski mask, a pellet gun, pepper spray, and business cards that proudly proclaimed Zearley headed up the organization according to the Post Millennial.
Court documents obtained from Louisa County, VA, indicate that the president of the pro-pedophile activist charity pleaded guilty in July following the committing of the offense while on supervised release in connection to a prior possession of child exploitation materials conviction.
He was busted in 2010 and convicted on two counts of child pornography possession. This time, the FBI found more than 600 child abuse and sexually explicit pictures and videos on his computer. One of them was over 19 minutes long and showed two men tying up and raping a 10-year-old boy.

Because of Zearley’s previous conviction, federal authorities were monitoring his computer as a requirement of his release and found that he was using search terms that were consistent with the sexual abuse of children. He also wrote two stories about the rape and abuse of young boys in horrific graphic detail.
Federal authorities also found a list of children’s names, ages, and how Zearley met them. Other items found included diapers, bottles, and toys, as well as eight computer-generated images of child sex abuse.

The charity’s status with the IRS was revoked in May of 2021 according to Reduxx. The outlet floated the possibility that this occurred because Zearley was in custody and couldn’t file the necessary paperwork on time to keep the entity legit. Reduxx also reported that the IRS was aware of the allegations against Zearley and “…had been alerted to his organization having registration with them in September of 2019.”
“One of the cornerstone missions of this United States Attorney’s Office is providing a safe haven for our children. Part of that mission is the prosecution of those who repeatedly show themselves to be a danger to children in our community. Mr. Zearley was on supervised release when he not only possessed images of the sexual abuse of children, but horrific tools that showed he was on the precipice of effectuating his violent fantasies towards children. I am grateful to the FBI, US Probation Office, and the US Marshals Service for bringing this defendant to justice before he could commit additional harm to our community,” US Attorney Christopher R. Kavanaugh said in a statement.
