DHS U.S. terrorism threat summary includes spreading ‘disinformation’ about not trusting government: ‘ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS?’

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a Summary of Terrorism Threat to the U.S. Homeland on Monday, and N.Y. attorney Ron Coleman has just one question: “ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS?”

It wasn’t a rhetorical question.

We really need to know, because according to the DHS, “the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions” has “increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the threat environment.”

In other words, if the fact-checkers, who have partnered with the government, decide that your point of view is “wrongthink,” you are now part of the domestic terrorism problem and will likely end up on Homeland Security’s radar.

“For example,” the DHS report reads, “there is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19. Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021.”

You hear that, truckers? You got it, Joe Rogan?

You’re terrorists.

And clearly anyone re-tweeting either of you is in bed with a Russian bot farm.

“Malign foreign powers have and continue to amplify these false or misleading narratives in efforts to damage the United States,” DHS claims.

This isn’t just insane. It’s terrifying.

Because the Biden administration can’t outright condemn or impede upon the First Amendment, it is partnering with Big Tech companies to police your words for them.

This isn’t a conspiracy. You just need to know where to dig.

Take, for example, NewsGuard, which employs a group of “trained journalists” to provide “trust ratings” on news sites such as BPR. Should a site receive red checks from NewsGuard, they face de-platforming and loss of critical advertising revenue.

According to their own website, NewsGuard has partnered with both the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of State.

And their reach doesn’t stop with the United States.

According to a July 2021 report from Bloomberg, the United Kingdom’s Office of Communications (OFCOM), the UK’s communications regulator, hired Anna-Sophie Harling, the managing director for Europe at NewsGuard Technologies, Inc.

This matters because, as the Daily Mail reported last week, the U.K.’s new Online Safety Bill “will now include people smuggling, hate crimes, fraud and revenge porn as ‘priority’ illegal content.'”

“Spreading Covid-19 disinformation would also be covered under a crime of sending a false communication,” the article reads, adding: “The Bill will impose a duty of care on tech giants to protect users against illegal or harmful content, with regulator Ofcom given the power to hand out huge fines for any breaches.”

So, the government of England has essentially employed NewsGuard to be the purveyors of truth, and anyone who disagrees will be silenced and fined.

The partnership with government agencies and Big Tech companies is the very definition of economic fascism, according to the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), which states:

“A third defining characteristic of economic fascism is that private property and business ownership are permitted, but are in reality controlled by government through a business-government ‘partnership.’ As Ayn Rand often noted, however, in such a partnership government is always the senior or dominating ‘partner.'”

And by the looks of things, this is exactly what the Department of Homeland Security is setting up in the United States of America.

So once again, to quote Ron Coleman: ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MINDS?
