“The Five” co-host Jeanine Pirro bluntly branded President Joe Biden as “the most toxic man in politics” on Friday following a number of high-profile Democrats ghosting him, claiming “scheduling conflicts” ahead of his visit to Pennsylvania.

“Democrats want nothing to do with the most toxic man in politics right now, Joe Biden,” Pirro proclaimed, pointing out that leading Democrats in Pennsylvania chose not to stand alongside Biden as he spoke in that state on Friday.

The Associated Press first reported that Democrats were bowing out of attending Biden’s speech in Pennsylvania due to alleged scheduling conflicts.

“Candidates are making sure their calendars fill up quickly and are avoiding even mentioning Joe Biden’s name. We are sure it has nothing to do with a string of bad polls including this one. According to Gallup, Biden polled significantly lower in six key character traits than he did before taking office,” Pirro asserted.

Then, Fox News correspondent Gillian Turner got her turn, stating the obvious that if Biden’s approval rating was higher, Democratic candidates would be lining up for his events “with bells on.”

“A lot of news outlets are reporting what’s going on here, as you know, these down-ballot Democrats are trying to create their own brand and separate themselves from the president on the issues,” Turner remarked. and then candidly added, “But that’s not really what’s happening. The down-ballot candidates here are entirely ghosting the president. This is happening at fundraisers, this is happening at his big signature events, it’s happening on social media. It’s a real nationwide trend now. Something the Biden administration is going to have to address.”

The conversation pivoted to former Congressman Harold Ford Jr. (D-TN) who declared that he would go to Biden’s events given the opportunity but that he should probably tighten his speeches, address Americans’ concerns on a more personal level, and knock off the creepy whispering. Issues he could win with would include freeing up the supply chain to reduce inflation, announcing a plan to combat rising crime nationwide, and competently handling the border issue. At that point, he could go to Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) and ask what he needs and then get the infrastructure bill through rather than trying to bully him.

He noted, “Politicians don’t always flock to the vulnerable, they flock to the popular. All you’ve gotta do is get popular again and they’ll come right back to him. The way you get popular as a politician is you meet people where they are and try to answer their questions and concerns.”

Co-host Jesse Watters brought up the White House plotting to “reset” Biden’s public image which purportedly includes having him speak directly to Americans more frequently and spending less time in closed-door negotiations with Democratic leadership in Congress. He said that won’t work.

“You can’t reset a guy. It’s a human, it’s not a machine,” he quipped. He also stressed that the states where politicians are currently avoiding him, Georgia and Pennsylvania, are states that he carried in the 2020 presidential election.

“This isn’t Texas. They’re not ghosting him in Texas. This is Pennsylvania. This is a blue state that he won,” Watters stated.

Turner also claimed that Democrats trying to distance themselves from the White House won’t work either, saying, “Midterms are always a referendum on the president. They can distance themselves all they want. It doesn’t matter.”

Biden also had an angry outburst in Pennsylvania, much like he did in Georgia which is ostensibly not a winning strategy even with his own base. But it definitely made headlines.
