Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ team has found a way to profit off of all of the top Democrats who have recently been fleeing to the freedom of Florida.

The incumbent’s reelection campaign created the “Escape to Florida/Lockdown Libs” T-shirt line, featuring the names and titles of prominent Dems who have supported strict measures to help mitigate the COVID-19 crisis.

This list includes Rep. Eric Swalwell, D -California, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, CNN host Don Lemon, and more.

To promote their new item, Team DeSantis put together a video that really drives home how successful Florida has been in allowing people to maintain as many freedoms as possible as the world fights the coronavirus.

Watch:

Many of the Democrats seen partying maskless in the Sunshine State have previously supported restrictions and lockdowns in their own state or on their own platform as the only way to truly keep COVID-19 from spreading. However, it also appears they took the first given opportunity to drop the mask and social distancing, like most Americans.

“It’s interesting the reception that some of these folks will get in Florida,” DeSantis remarked at a recent press conference, “because I think a lot of Floridians say, ‘Wait a minute you’re bashing us because we’re not doing your draconian policies, and yet we’re the first place you want to flee to, to basically to be able to enjoy life.’”

The governor expressed his delight in just how many liberals have been spotted hanging out in his state despite some having previously bashed him for the way he was handling the pandemic.

“If I had a dollar for every lockdown politician who decided to escape to Florida over the last two years, I’d be a pretty doggone wealthy man, let me tell you,” he joked. “I mean, Congresspeople, mayors, governors, I mean you name it.”

The “Escape to Florida” shirt joins its equally-popular “Don’t Fauci My Florida” and “Don’t tread on Florida” siblings at the Gov. DeSantis campaign store.

Social media users praised DeSantis and expressed their desire to get their hands on one of these shirts:
