Teachers conference exposed for ‘grooming’ kindergarteners into anti-racist ‘social justice warriors’

The National Association of Independent Schools tackled the issue of turning kindergarteners into “anti-racists” and “social justice warriors” during a conference last year.

In “Small Activists, Big Impact: Cultivating Anti-racists and activists in Kindergarten,” it’s about implanting Critical Race Theory into the pre-schoolers. This was the topic of the NAIS network’s 2021 People of Color Conference where 100 teachers and training administrators assembled for presentations and seminars, mostly focused on divisive cult ideologies and anti-racism.

A clip from the conference was shared by Paul Rossi, a former math teacher who documented the event in a Twitter thread that prompted Christopher Rufo, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute, to note that the “educational establishment is openly grooming kindergarteners to become ‘social justice warriors.'”

“This virtual gathering consisted of >100 teacher support & training presentations and seminars, almost all of them grounded in the divisive cult ideologies ‘antiracism’ and CRT,” Rossi tweeted.

The goals, set forth in the conference included “self love and knowledge, respect for others, issues of social justice, social movements and change, awareness testing and social action.” The conference’s conclusion was that kindergartners were “natural social warriors” and could be easily impregnated with the CRT ideology.

The National Association of Independent Schools holds high aspirations of ” co-creating the future of education.” The objective: “Uniting and empowering our community,” through “research and trend analysis, leadership and governance guidance and professional development opportunities for school and board members.”

In a recently released “Research and Writing in International Relations,” Laura Roselle, Sharon Spray, and Joel T. Shelton, effectively linked Critical Race Theory to Marxism. The Key Concepts included social structures, interaction, norms, identities, narratives and framing.

The methodology detailed at the conference further outlined the easy implementation of CRT to pre-schoolers and the advantages of introducing it to persons of that age. On the surface, the aims sounded plausible. Deeply embedded in these seemingly benign ideals was the conclusion that all who were not “non-white” were bad and had contributed to the degradation of all of those who were not white.

Vladimir Lenin was noted for his claim, that “if I have them(the children) for three years, they are mine.” Proponents of CRT have obviously studied his playbook.

“Yes: they’re using critical race theory to design the curriculum for your kindergartener,” Rufo, who has long documented the CRT training in schools and workplaces, noted in another tweet.

Rossi’s clip on the People of Color Conference and the information about the event sparked backlash on Twitter where the indoctrination of preschoolers was torched.
