Patricia Cornwall, aka “Delta Karen,” has evidently had encounters with the law before including a DUI, a restraining order by her parents and her sister-in-law, and stints in a psychiatric ward due to a “history of violent outbursts and destructive and erratic behavior.”

Cornwall was arrested in Atlanta for physically and verbally assaulting an 80-year-old man for not wearing a mask while he was eating on a Delta flight. She was not wearing hers either as she went on a violent tirade against the gentleman who showered her with expletives and didn’t give an inch. She punched, scratched, and spit on the man before being detained on the flight.

It turns out the former Raiders cheerleader has a history of brushes with the law and unhinged behavior, according to the New York Post. In November, she allegedly fought with police officers in Florida during her arrest for driving under the influence.

Cornwall reportedly drove her gray Nissan into a tree in Santa Rose Beach on Nov. 10 according to court and police records. She proceeded to fight with the officers who arrived on the scene. She evidently refused to get out of her car or give them her name at the time. When Cornwall did exit the vehicle, she started “going after” the first responders according to authorities.

“She said she was not hurt and then became belligerent,” a Walton County sheriff’s deputy noted.

“Once we stopped her she tried to fight us,” the deputy claimed in a statement. “At that point, she was detained for her safety and ours.”

“Upon approaching the defendant for some assistance he detected an odor of alcohol emitting from the defendant [sic] breath,” the arrest report said referring to the truck driver who was first to arrive at the scene. He called the police when she tried to reverse the car.

When officers gave the former “Baywatch” actress a breathalyzer, she failed it. She was also allegedly slurring her speech.

Cornwall was arrested and is set to appear in court on Jan. 10 for the DUI and resisting arrest.

The former Playboy model was also arrested on Dec. 11, 2020, in Los Angeles, for being under the influence. For that incident, she was sentenced in May to 36 months of summary probation and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service, according to court records. She was also ordered to complete a three-month first-offender alcohol and drug education counseling program.

During that same month, Cornwall’s sister-in-law, Monica Cummings, filed for a domestic violence protection order against her according to court records that cited Cornwall’s “history of violent outbursts and destructive and erratic behavior.”

She is said to have sent threatening voice messages to Cummings, informing her, “You are dead.”

“She stated I just f**ked up my whole family and I neither spoke to her prior or provoked this verbal assault,” Cummings asserted in court filings. “[Cornwall] said not to underestimate or doubt her and all it takes is one phone call.”

Cummings also accused the “Delta Karen” of being infatuated with her newborn son and two daughters.

“She has bipolar tendencies and paranoia,” Cummings claimed. “She believes ‘we are with the government and I fear for my life and my children.”

Cornwall’s parents also filed a restraining order against her in July 2020 for threatening their lives.

“Patricia Cornwall has threatened to kill Yolanda Spoeri and Robert Spoeri. She has physically attacked and beaten Robert & Yolanda Spoeri,” the protective order reads, according to Meaww.

Robert Spoeri claimed his stepdaughter “kicked me, punched me, threatened to kill me, jumped on me, pulled my hair very hard, pounded my head into the floor, and more because I would not divulge where her mother was hiding.” He also added, “Her real goal was to do far greater injury to her mother.”

“She threatened my wife a few weeks ago and my wife had to hide in the garage and flee and spend the night at a friend’s house,” he charged.

Cornwall also allegedly said she was the real mother of her two teenage half-siblings. According to her stepfather, she threatened during a “delusional episode” to kidnap them.

She was taken away by the police to a psychiatric unit following the latest alleged attack against her parents on July 30, 2020.

Her stepfather claimed it was the “second or third time” that Cornwall had been put on a psychiatric hold to assess her mental health, according to court documents.

Cornwall’s parents live in the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood of Pacific Palisades

Robert Spoeri is a California workers’ compensation judge and Cornwall’s mother Yolanda Spoeri is a legal assistant at the Law Offices of Richard T. English in Downey, California. She appears to be a staunch Democrat.
