Dustin Stockton and Jennifer Lynn Lawrence, the engaged couple who have been dubbed MAGA’s “Bonnie and Clyde,” appeared on MSNBC’s “All in with Chris Hayes” Wednesday and announced they are turning information over to the Jan. 6 committee blaming former President Trump for the riot.

“So, the key factual claim here, which I think is fascinating, is essentially an internal debate that emerges among the organizers about what happens after the Ellipse. And, if you’ve ever organized something you know that internal debates about things like this happen all the time. It’s par for the course, right? A lot of cooks in the kitchen,” Hayes said before setting up the couple with a long-winded and detailed summarization of what the couple allegedly experienced that day, presumably so that they didn’t have to.

“What you’re saying is there was a group that wanted to mobilize that huge crowd and basically, kind of, send them off towards the Capitol… without a permit we should note. Without security. Without any sort of checks for who would control the crowd, who would lead them, who would make sure things didn’t get out of hand and you were in the opposite faction that said we shouldn’t do that and the moment you found out you lost that internal debate was the President of the United States saying literally to the riled-up crowd, ‘Now you’re going to come with me, down to the Capitol so they could hear you, how angry you are.’ That’s what you’re saying and what you’re telling the committee,” Hayes said.

“Absolutely. Yes, that is. And I mean I’m quoted in ProPublica. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say on air what I actually said at that moment, you know, he actually said it from the stage but you can go look up that quote,” Lawrence responded.

“But, I mean, at this point, we didn’t know our plan for that day was that we were supposed to stay at the Ellipse all day and we were being told that we could stay there 12 and 14 hours until all the electors had been seated up at Capitol Hill. And, you know, it was portrayed to us that, you know, if the electors were seated for President Biden that Trump would, you know, recognize those results,” she continued.

“So, he wanted the largest crowd ever… this is what was portrayed to us, you know, at the Ellipse, that if he had to give, you know, whatever his form of his, you know, sayonara speech was, you know he wanted, he wanted the biggest crowd there possible. And so that was our plan. So the minute we realized, ‘Oh, my God! You’re marching those people? We have nothing in place, like there’s nothing, like… what are you doing?’ And it was so disheartening and so deflating and it’s really not okay,” Lawrence proclaimed.

The couple claims they were involved in planning and promoting pro-Trump events that day. They had originally disclosed information to the panel concerning the attack anonymously. Now, they are taking their version of events to the leftist media. The duo is set to testify next week before the House committee regarding the riot.

The couple was subpoenaed by lawmakers in November. They are contending that they worked alongside members of Congress and with the former president’s team to plan the rally where Trump spoke.

They told Rolling Stone in October that they had conversations with Reps. Majorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar, Lauren Boebert, Mo Brooks, Madison Cawthorn, Andy Biggs, and Louie Gohmert or members of their staffs about planning events in support of overturning the results of the 2020 election.

“We’re turning it all over and we’ll let the cards fall where they may,” Stockton told Rolling Stone in a story published Tuesday.

“The people and the history books deserve a real account of what happened,” he commented.

“Violent s*** happened,” Lawrence asserted. “We want to get to the bottom of that.”

The couple intends to cooperate with the witch hunt ginned up by the Democrats against Trump. “We’ve seen what’s happened with Bannon, and we don’t have the resources that a Steve Bannon has,” Stockton remarked. “Our options are, in a lot of ways, limited.”

The couple was dubbed “The Bonnie and Clyde of MAGA World” in a recent Politico profile.

The pair claim they were in a hotel room at the Willard InterContinental when Trump supporters breached barricades outside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

“As this was unfolding on the television, I was asking, ‘Where is Trump? Why hasn’t he come out and made a statement?’ It was way too long before he came out and made a statement,” Lawrence said in Tuesday’s Rolling Stone report. “Like, why are we waiting? This is so opposite of what we represent. You should want to denounce this immediately.”

“This guy’s sitting on giant gold buildings all over the world with his name on it and we’ve done more to help those people than he has,” Stockton told Rolling Stone referring to Trump. “It’s f***ing disgusting.”

“Other people had warned us,” he stated in what appears to be an obvious ploy to save the couple from the wrath of leftists. “It’s not like we didn’t see him cast people aside before selfishly, but we always kind of just said, ‘Oh, that’s just disgruntled former employees, right?’ You know, we bought the bulls***.”
