Now that Kyle Rittenhouse has been acquitted by a jury of his peers despite intense and persistent efforts by the media to influence his trial by constructing an entire false narrative that sought to portray a clear cut case of self-defense into a referendum on racial injustice, the meltdown is one of epic proportions.

Friday’s verdict drove leftist purveyors of hate to Twitter and in cities like Portland, into the streets where they engaged in vindictive temper tantrums while the “woke” travelers in the media lashed out in fury over the decision of the jurors to consider the case on the basis of facts rather than racially-charged hyperbole.

One of those who was badly rattled over the verdict was MSNBC’s Joy Reid, a venomous bad actor whose virulent anti-white racism has become as much a trademark of her network as star anchor Rachel Maddow’s lunatic fringe conspiracy theories.

During Friday’s edition of “The ReidOut” which was being hosted by Jason Johnson who was filling in on her day off,  the “race lady” joined the panel discussion that broke down the verdict as a guest to offer her opinion, one which was as toxic and dishonest as viewers would expect given the gravity of the legal defeat inflicted upon the political left when justice was delivered in Kenosha.

When asked for her reaction by the guest host, Reid responded, “I was not at all surprised. We’ve talked about this. I mean, this is what we expected to happen because I think we have to keep in mind when we’re watching the criminal justice system at work, that it was designed to do exactly what it did today.”

She then attacked the 2nd Amendment which is hated by the left.

“Gun laws helped to enhance the design to allow this verdict to happen today,” she said. “This country was built on the idea that white men had a particular kind of freedom and a particular kind of citizenship that only they have, that gives, you know, from the slave catchers on, the right to inflict violence in the name of protecting property, that’s like the foundational creation of the United States.”

Reid then likened the two men who attempted to kill Rittenhouse and were sent to their great reward as heroes of the Black Lives Matter movement, likening their actions to white activists during the civil rights era and the famous abolitionist John Brown, a ludicrous assertion that has nonetheless become an integral part of the progressive left’s narrative.

“…what we have to think about is not only the families of the two men who died and the family of Mr. Grosskreutz,” she said, “they should be in our minds right now because they suffered and there are a lot of white people who have defended black lives and paid for it with their lives, that goes all throughout our history, that goes back to John Brown and goes to the civil rights movement but what I am concerned about is the precedent this sets for what people will believe that they can do under law when black lives matter protests happen in the future and people may use this as an excuse to go out of state and do what he did and get away with it.”

Later in the segment, Reid opined, “Because the problem is there is an L.A. Times reporter that talked about the fact that all the far-right groups from the Proud Boys were just absolutely licking their chops today, they were acting like they won the Super Bowl according to this Los Angeles Times reporter.”

“Because what we need to worry about is we have nothing in place legally, we have nothing in place culturally or socially to stop the next group of white nationalists, Proud Boys, MAGA people, whoever they want to take from this verdict when they want and use it as permission to attack Black Lives Matter and Black Lives Matter ain’t just black people as we just saw,” Reid contended.

She again venerated Joseph Rosenbaum, a convicted serial pedophile, and Anthony Huber who has a history of violent criminal activity, including domestic abuse before their failed attempt to murder Rittenhouse.

“Mr. Huber and Rosenbaum are white, they’re Jewish.” She said, “They are also victims and easily made victims because anyone who supports Black Lives Matter should be very afraid tonight.”

Few are more shamelessly dishonest than Reid and the martyrdom of two white thugs who chose the wrong victim is a new low for a radicalized left that has badly miscalculated the public’s limits of tolerance for their political violence.
