Laura Ingraham explains why she’s not a fan of the public ‘F – Joe Biden’ chants

As President Joe Biden’s popularity plummets, fans have taken to expressing their disapproval quite vocally with the “F Joe Biden” chants become a common fixture at sporting events. Not everyone approves, though.

Among those who aren’t quite as enthusiastic is Fox News host Laura Ingraham. On Monday night’s “The Ingraham Angle,” recurring guest Raymond Arroyo noted the anti-Biden chanting that had been heard at all manner of sports venues over the weekend. “The country is turning on Joe Biden and they’re using these events to protest,” Arroyo commented to Ingraham.

After nearly a minute of footage of the vocal protests, Ingraham grimaced and remarked “I don’t care for this. I have to say.” Ingraham then noted that thousands chanting profanity at a public venue isn’t exactly family-friendly.

“I don’t like this. I know it’s people laughing, it’s funny, I guess it’s fun, I don’t mean to be a spoiled sport here, but a lot of kids – like I wanted to bring my kids to Talladega.”

Ingraham then went on to propose that critics of Biden try a different tack, in public at least: “Let’s think of something that’s funny, but not profane.”

Arroyo agreed with Ingraham, though he could be seen laughing at the chanting during the duration of the clip.

The chanting throughout sporting events has been a phenomenon that seems to have mostly been concentrated in college basketball, yet has quickly spread to other events, as popular disenchantment with Biden grows. The event Ingraham and Arroyo directly referenced was Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity race at Talladega Superspeedway, where reporters tried to re-interpret the chant into “let’s go Brandon,” a reference to winner Brandon Brown, who was being interviewed while the chant played in the background.

The chanting has gained ground in other venues as well. Protesters arrived at Times Square in September to chant “F**k Biden.”At one point another group marched on the Staten Island food court, shouting “F**k Biden,” “Trump won,” and “USA, USA.”

The chants appear to be largely aimed at authoritarian measures taken by the Biden administration, seen as the face for a collection of policies undertaken by Democratic governors across the nation, in regards to Covid-19. Seeing imprisonment and Orwellian police state tactics in places like Australia has added fuel to the fire of resentment against an administration that says it is “losing patience” with the common people.

Biden’s approval has tanked to the point that even Vice President Kamela Harris scores higher than him in Gallup polls, leading the president she serves by 6 percent. While the future is impossible to predict, there does seem to be some basis to Arroyo’s claim that “the country is turning on Joe Biden.” If the chanting is any indication, it may only be getting worse.
