Anti-vaxxer protesters converge on Times Square chanting: ‘Freedom over fear,’ ‘F**k Joe Biden!’

Thousands of protesters turned up at Times Square in the heart of New York City this Saturday afternoon to take part in a global “World Freedom” rally against the authoritarian COVID policies that have been adopted by so many world leaders.

In NYC, the focus was specifically on New York’s vaccine passport and the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for businesses with 100+ employees.

The multicultural crowd of what appeared to be white, black, Hispanic and Asian protesters let it be known that they view both policies with great disdain.

And as demonstrated below, they were especially disdainful toward the United States’ top authoritarian, President Joe Biden (*Language warning):

“Joe Biden, your patience is wearing thin? We lost our patience!” a woman of color says in the video above, after which the crowd starts chanting, “F– Joe Biden!”

Protesters were also heard chanting “freedom” and “my body my choice,” as well as seen holding signs that said everything from “whatever happened to ‘never again!’?” in reference to the Holocaust to “freedom over fear,””wake up New York” and “no to the vaccine.”

The event was part of a much broader worldwide protest.

“The World Wide Demonstration (also known as the World Wide Rally For Freedom) is an internationally syndicated community demonstration dedicated to emboldening citizens to push back against Coronavirus-related restrictions in their countries,” the movement’s official website reads.

A press release published ahead of Saturday’s worldwide rally noted that the purpose was to push back against a historical pattern that they see playing out in front of their eyes.

“We see the processes being used to strip the Freedoms of people gradually and incrementally, by leaving restrictions in place after each round of lockdowns, and we will continue to push back against them,” the presser reads.

“We see that the Coronavirus is rapidly becoming a new Religion of Fear and is being invoked to justify tyranny using the same repressive mechanisms of state control over dress, language, and social interactions that have been used historically in past theocratic regimes.”

While it’s not clear how many countries in total participated, reports emerged about protests in Australia, in Canada, in Croatia, in Germany, in Sweden, in the U.K., etc..

There was even reportedly a protest in Sanora, California.

“Over a hundred people were gathered at Courthouse Park in downtown Sonora to protest vaccine mandates and perceived government overreach,” the Sonora Mother Lode reported.

While that may seem like a small crowd, keep in mind that fewer than 5,000 people live in the small town. Plus, and perhaps more importantly, the 100 protesters vastly outnumbered the “1-2 counter-protestors who were masked and videotaping the event.”

All this comes as more and more countries adopt vaccine mandates and passports, though not necessarily for private businesses.

“A number of countries including Australia, France and England and Wales have moved to make vaccination mandatory for care workers including those working in nursing homes,” according to The Guardian.

“France was one of the first to move towards mandatory vaccination for health workers this summer, with Greece making vaccinations mandatory for nursing home staff in July and healthcare workers from September.”

Biden’s mandate is among one of the strictest ones, making him not only America’s top authoritarian, but perhaps the world’s top authoritarian as well …
