Leftist media outlets collectively freaked out as former Speaker of the House and Fox News contributor Newt Gingrich spoke out against illegal immigration, accusing him of fully embracing “Replacement Theory” and, therefore, white supremacy.
Gingrich sat down with Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo on Wednesday and forcefully spoke out against illegal immigration as he pointed out that those on the left want to “drown traditional, classic Americans” by flooding the United States with illegal immigrants.
“They want to be in America, and I think what is hard for most of us to accept is that the anti-American left would love to drown traditional, classic Americans with as many people as they can who know nothing of American history, nothing of American tradition, nothing of the rule of law. When you go and you look at the radical left, this is their ideal model is to get rid of the rest of us because we believe in George Washington, we believe in the Constitution, and you see this behavior over and over again,” Gingrich posited.
His comments followed Bartiromo asking him to give his take on a Wall Street Journal op-ed stating that President Biden needs to do more to control illegal immigration at the border if he’s actually serious about stopping the coronavirus. Bartiromo argued that illegal immigrants “want to get apprehended” so they can stay in America and Gingrich added, “They didn’t come all the way across Mexico for the purpose of visiting for two days.”

Earlier in the segment, Gingrich gave context to his viewpoint on illegal immigration.
“The Biden administration is tolerating a city a month… we’re getting a new city every month. I was trying to think of a city of 210,000 as an example, but so imagine, you have a government which tolerates 210,000 people who are illegal coming into the U.S. They may have COVID, they may belong to a criminal gang, we have no idea who they are,” he said.
“And then what I think is even more outrageous, they’re then shipped off and one of the things I don’t understand is why House and Senate members haven’t demanded to know where are they going. What cities are they being sent to? I mean, you may have people who have COVID in the middle of all of this effort to get American citizens to do the right thing. You have people who are illegally here that have COVID who are showing up at the local Greyhound station or they’re showing up at the local airport and we have no idea where they’re being sent to,” Gingrich continued.
“It’s the most bizarre moment in American history and you can tell how desperate the left is to have illegal immigration because when Texas stepped in correctly and the governor did exactly the right thing and Texas said, ‘If you won’t control our border, we will,’ the Biden administration didn’t say, ‘Oh, thank you!’ they promptly filed a lawsuit to block Texas from doing a job which the federal government refuses to do and I think it tells you that the left is desperate to maximize the number of people who come to the United States illegally. It’s a bizarre moment in American history and it’s a dangerous moment,” he added.
According to the left, the “Great Replacement Theory” is a white supremacist conspiracy that contends that minorities are replacing the white population in America through illegal immigration and via their explosive birthrates. Since Gingrich dared to state that illegal aliens are pouring over the border by the thousands every month and that the left is desperate to maximize those numbers, they are labeling him a racist and ascribing it to the “Great Replacement Theory” which they have also accused Fox News host Tucker Carlson of invoking.
