Stefanik calls Pelosi ‘radical authoritarian’ for rejecting GOP picks on Jan 6 panel

Representative Elise Stefanik of New York, a stalwart Trump ally who recently unseated RINO Rep. Liz Cheney as chair of the House Republican Conference, has released a statement on Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s decision’s surrounding the January 6 commission.

As BizPac Review reported earlier, “Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has effectively voted U.S. Reps. Jim Banks and Jim Jordan off the island in what Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is condemning as an ‘abuse of power.’

“The two congressmen were set to serve on the so-called bipartisan select committee to investigate the January 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, but apparently they were too pro-Trump and too resistant to hyperbole, if not propaganda, for Pelosi’s liking, who has the final say.”

It won’t be any surprise if people start calling for “Speaker Stefanik” in the future.

Read the Stefanik statement below:

“Nancy Pelosi is a radical authoritarian Speaker of the House,” Stefanik asserts. “The American people have always known the truth – that the Pelosi partisan January 6th commission was never about investigating the facts, it was only ever about Pelosi’s radical politics and the left’s endless obsession with crushing any discussion or debate. This commission is an absolute sham and has been a disgrace from the beginning; no amount of drooling excuses from the mainstream media will change that.

“What is Nancy Pelosi so afraid of?” Stefanik wonders, before explaining exactly what the Speaker is, and should be afraid of.

“She is afraid of the American people finding out the truth that her failed leadership and the gross mismanagement of the U.S. Capitol led to the tragic events that day. She is afraid of millions of peaceful and patriotic Americans across the country who are fighting for election integrity. She is afraid of her Republican colleagues who will work every day to hold her accountable for destroying this country and the United States Congress.”

“It is time to Fire Pelosi once and for all,” the statement concludes. “I have no doubt that after next November, Nancy Pelosi will never, ever hold the Speaker’s gavel again. She will make history as the most despised Speaker of the House who will be fired not once, but twice. And it can’t come soon enough.”
