Thanks to Dems convicted criminals still reportedly surging back over border and into America

Previously convicted criminals that are guilty of heinous crimes such as attempted murder and sexual assault are surging back across our southern border and onto the streets of American cities thanks to Biden’s lax policies.

The flow of illegal immigrants over the border is neverending now that the Democrats are back in charge. And their progressive policies in major cities that release criminals back into the wild are making things even more problematic when it comes to handling those that are also illegal immigrants. Even if they are deported, many simply cross back over into the United States and continue committing crimes.

There are new incidents occurring every day. For instance, Border Patrol agents who are assigned to the Del Rio, Texas, sector just took into custody a man over the July 4th holiday weekend who had been previously convicted of second-degree attempted murder in California. That man served five years in prison and then was departed in 2014. Now he’s back.

“From July 2-5, agents arrested three Mexican nationals with prior convictions for child molestation, sexual abuse, and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Agents also arrested one Guatemalan national with prior convictions for sexual assault, sodomy, and kidnapping,” Customs and Border Protection reported. There is no way of knowing how many have crossed back over that have not been caught.

Border Patrol agents assigned to the Del Rio sector also arrested five men with prior felony convictions over the holiday weekend. One of those men was convicted of attempted murder.

“While we remain busy with large groups, criminals continue in their attempts to elude detection by crossing in our more remote areas,” remarked Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Austin L. Skero II. “With technology, partnerships, and highly trained agents, we have increased our ability to detect and arrest these criminals before they are able to cause further harm in the United States.” It would seem, however, that quite a few are still doing just that after they gain reentry via a wide-open border.

Four individuals were confronted by Border Patrol agents in Yuma, Arizona on Tuesday as well. They were questioned and it was determined they were illegal immigrants who were attempting to catch a train. The men were transported to Yuma station where it was found that one of those men was a 41-year-old convicted sex offender

“[Rosario Antonio] Tena-Hernandez was arrested in 2017 for sex with a minor and convicted of the crime in a California court a year later. Tena-Hernandez was sentenced to three years in prison; however, it is unknown how much time he served,” CBP stated.

It’s estimated that there are approximately 927 illegal immigrants with previous criminal convictions that have been taken into custody in the Del Reo sector alone since October of 2020 with the majority happening after the beginning of 2021. That is a 382 percent increase in those cases from the same time last year according to the CBP. Not included are the run-of-the-mill drug smugglers and human traffickers who also populate and exploit the border.

“There has never been a border so secure as the southern border that we had, and now it’s opened up,” former President Trump said recently to Fox News. “Now we have an open, really dangerous, border. More dangerous than it’s ever been in the history of our country, and we better go back fast.”

Considering the number of convicted criminals re-entering the U.S. it appears he may be correct.

Americans are alarmed at the criminals crossing back over the border. There is plenty of blame for Biden and support for ICE and the Border Patrol:
