The newly reopened Snow White rollercoaster at Disneyland California has been facing recent backlash after The San Francisco Gate published an article criticizing the end of the ride where the prince kisses Snow White “without her consent.”
The publication insists, therefore, that “cannot possibly be true love if only one person knows it’s happening.”
Campus Reform reporter Ophelie Jacobson talked to college students in Orlando, Florida about the developing controversy to find out whether they find kiss problematic. Plus, Jacobson asks these students how they think the movie would play out differently if the prince had to get consent before kissing Snow White.
